My daughter’s phone was having trouble taking a picture of her license, and instead of showing any frustration, he worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done correctly. There was no air of impatience at all—just calm professionalism and a sincere desire to help. The truck itself was reliable, and well maintained, which gave us peace of mind during the move.
