The man that owns his business is very unprofessional and very rude to customers. Had my wife parked behind the trailer I was dropping off and all he could do is hit the hood of the car and be rude and tell her to move. Also, when I try to give him the keys to the truck, he said what do you want me to do with this? That is very unacceptable. U-Haul needs to feel better job on who they allow for running their equipment and dropping off. And you need to pay closer attention to who you are hire. We’ve had very bad experience this time around and probably will not U-Haul ever again. You would get negative stars if I could give it.

U-haul requested that we pick up at another location 31 miles further away. However Mr. Wrights Tire insure that our truck was at the original agreed upon location at the time for pick up. Hats off to Junior.. our hero.
