As a first time user...they went above and beyond to explain everything so that we had complete confidence in leaving our car there!! They were also very accommodating, even with the short notice for removal!!!! I would DEFINATLY recommend. Thanks again

I am filing a complaint against this facility. I had a unit here for a few years and it was in the very back...NEVER realized this place doesn't have rodent boxes outside of their facility (and they are right in the middle of the woods- for gosh sakes a deer was standing right in front of my unit, once!) Well, I barely used it, it was just to store stuff from another place until I found another apt. I finally emptied my unit to move into a brand new apt & found out nearly everything is covered in MOLD, & Rodent excretion!!! So much of my belongings are destroyed! I am seeking to file for damages under their insurance. Would never recommend this place!

Mice ate my couch and pulled out the stuffing I'd you look at the blankets left you will see the damage by the mice I had no food sorce in my unit and still had mice

Wonderful part of the dreadful moving experience. Owners are friendly, but professional. Quick, efficient and easy. I have 2 units and I recommend Mt Major Storage for a sliver of light at the end of your move!

This storage unit rental was very easy to set up and access. We used for a few months while between houses. They also let us borrow some pallets so our mattresses didn’t have to be on the cement. We just had to send a photo of it cleaned out to end the contract. I would use them again.

Super clean and convenient. All of my books and tools were well protected and came out just as fine as when we put them in storage. We would not hesitate to use this facility again should the need arise.

Absolutely hassle free. was able to drop off my vehicle and pick it up when I wanted to. I had no problems and would recommend this facility to anyone.

Too expensive. I would have stayed longer if the rent was lower and in the long run you would have received more money. Yes, there are more expensive storage places than you but that doesn't make you better. Too much rent money!

We have had units at other facilities in the Lakes Region and I can say that this place is way better to rent from. They are very fair if you communicate- they don't charge you crazy late fees every single week you are late or lock you out after just a few days-especially if you just communicate with the manager. It is definitely one of the more convenient locations in that you can access your own belongings 24/7- which is huge for me because not everyone works first shift or is available to do things during the day, so to be able to access my stuff anytime that is convenient for me especially when I am paying to keep it there- that part was so important and not many other places around the area allow that. Or if they do honestly they make you feel like a criminal for getting into your own stuff! Also, another place I had my stuff at before moving to this place, had been broken into during the winter and because I didn't notice right away due to not going there for a month, they said there was nothing they could do about it and told me "well don't leave anything valuable in there then". Wait, what?! Isn't that part of why I am leaving it at a storage facility?-for the security and safety of my things?!?! No I'm sorry or it won't happen again-just basically blamed it on e and my valuables and not checking it myself every other day. Really?! I mean what in the actual f**k? So, needless to say I moved here and have not had a single problem for any reason at all and instead of rude messages if I was late- I just got a friendly reminder and a little grace period before late fees that were still justified and reasonable. This storage facility is by far way better to rent from in every way and detail! My boyfriend actually forgot to email them and notify them in advance we were moving our stuff out- and knowing him he probably didn't sweep it up to par- but they still said nothing except thank you and welcome back if you ever need. Now that's customer service. Don't waste your time and money some where else I'm telling you! 10 stars and thumbs up all day!

I have used this storage company for over 2 years they were great and friendly to deal with and was easy to work with. Clean units and grounds and good prices couldn’t have ask for better.
