The truck was dirty, mud inside the U-Haul and I have to swipe it myself,evidently the location didn’t clean or inspect it before renting it to another customer.

Cole JI was charged $60, and there was no personnel at this location. While I was able to return the truck through my phone, I had to figure out where to leave it and wasn’t able to speak to anyone about my bill.

GEORGE FMy first attempted pick up in a different location was actual trash and super sketchy that I didn't even pick up there. As a woman I was afraid to go in by myself. Once I changed locations it was nice and clean and well lit. But the fact that uhaul doesn't check their locations is terrible. It was honestly what people who describe as a future murder scene.

michael mI'm returning what was presumably a 50k piece of equipment and the person I dealt with refused to provide any documentation whatsoever of the return unless I waited 20 minutes for a checkin while he took calls about what he was going to do for lunch. Ridiculous.

Jason MThere was nothing that said there wasn't a ramp with the truck I purchased. I told the guy that gave me the keys that I was picking up kitchen appliances, and I feel that would have been a good thing to tell me so I could rent a different truck with a ramp. Thankfully me and my friends got it done, but it was very hard without a ramp.
Rebecca PWe were able to make a last minute change to get a truck here and the staff at MuleTown Rentals were friendly and professional. Had us taken care of in a jiffy so we would get on the road. Highly recommend!
William DAfter using U-haul for every move and anything alike for the last 15 years, I was a little frustrated that I couldn’t get my contract changed from “in town” to “one way”. My wife did the booking because I was busy, so she may have messed up, but it shouldn’t be so difficult (impossible) to have that changed. Even if I was able to get it changed, I was told there would be more fees on top. The guy at pickup didn’t seem very familiar with the system, so I decided I would call after the fact to have the drop off location changed. After being transferred to the wrong location 4 times, one lady, Lisa I believe, from KY (also the wrong state) was kind enough (she was genuinely kind) to help me come to the conclusion that it was a lost cause. I understand it could be tough for logistics if someone was waiting to use the truck after my drop off, but there were 2 other identical trucks at the location, and the guy said there was no reason they had to have it there. It ended up being inconvenient to bring it back, costing me more money for miles and gas, and the gas and time for someone to drive back to pick me up.
Gabriel GThe cost is very expensive, the price per mileage gets to be exorbitant. I was not told what to do with Key when I returned the vehicle. I returned it when the business was closed therefore did not know what to do with it. And then the business called me and made me feel like an idiot.
Bob RAce Hardware in Columbia in first class not only with U Haul service but everything! I will always go out of my way to do business with them.

Joel PMy original reservation gave me the address to an “open” inn where no one was working the front desk and I stood outside for 20 minutes trying to find help. The location looked straight out of an episode of Breaking Bad or The Wire. After virtually “checking in” my pick up address changed to another location 10 minutes away. Luckily the workers at the Ace Hardware were very polite and amazing, because I’m hesitate to request another rental from uhaul in this area out of fear of having to pick up at that questionable location again.

Jack STruck was clean enough. Your online pick up & drop off does not work. It’s just annoying. Uhaul did not allow me enough miles. So I was charged extra. Uhaul needs improvement on your online software & practical mileage usage.

Sharon ARental was not ready on time, but it worked out ok. One windshield wiper on driver side was weak. All else was great
GREG GI returned the truck early, with the exact amount of fuel it was supposed to have. I was charged more than I agreed to due to them saying I kept the rental longer than I agreed to and them saying the fuel was under the amount it should be. Can’t say whether the blame is to the location, or Uhaul, or both. But nothing is being done to fix it.

Robert DKimberly was very helpful and knowledgeable about renting the U-Haul trailer. I have no complaints. The movers from Move It All were also very helpful!!!

Justin MHad no idea what they were doing took forever to get anything done trying to screw me on how over on how much gas was in it the truck ran like crap and the bricks hardly worked almost died driving this piece of shit
