SUSAN HThe above location is not even where I was supposed to drop it off. My drop off location was County market and that’s where I left it. I was charged an extra day for my uhaul, when I returned it before the assigned time. I was supposed to have a three day rental and I returned it at noon on the third day. My paperwork said to return it by 5 PM. I was charged $40 for an extra day. When I rented the U-Haul, all it said was $644 for the U-Haul. It did not say, how many miles it was just for a specific number of days. I was charged over $400 for being late to return it supposedly and for overage on miles which I never knew about when I rented it. They allowed miles on it. We’re not even enough to get me from Knoxville to Mattoon Illinois.

SCOTT DJust not good - reserved for Sullivan Ill - was informed the day before pick up that I would have to drive 20 minutes each way to pick up in another town - if I had known pick was not available (as advertised/anticipated/ordered) I would have chosen another option...then received 2 phone calls, 8 emails, and 3 texts concerning various things - all of which could have been dealt with in initial order process.... Too much crap and confusion to make it worth it.
GREGORY Mthe only complaint is that this location wasn't my first choice & was 20 minutes out of the way. But the pick up experience was smooth and they were very helpful.

Charlie SIt was a tad bit of a lengthy process but I see why. Cut down on Long lengthy emails which mine did not include the drop off that was kind of a pain. But the U-Haul place that I did drop it off took care of it.

Mel WCabin of truck smelled like animal urine. Was charged for not filling truck up to pickup fuel level, when I actually overfilled it (should have taken pictures), Heard this is happening a lot with Uhaul. Please watch out for this scheme with them
Carlos GI recommend U-Haul include a locking mechanism on the coupler. Although I did everything I could to keep the trailer secure, I did have concerns at night at hotels about someone stealing the trailer. Fortunately, that didn’t happen.

Needed a bigger trailer but had to take a small one. This resulted in us not being able to load goods onto the trailer and had to return it at another location unused.

Nathan TI never signed anything and never got any paperwork. PLUS - and this isn't the location's fault - I chose the trailer to rent based on bed width. When I arrived to pick the trailer up, the bed had wings on the back end that the ramp hooked into. This narrowed the trailer to 58" wide at the entrance. I thought I had carefully planned to be able to load my mower with a 60" deck. What a waste of time. You should probably advertise the bed as narrower than 6', which is what I was led to believe. False advertising if you ask me. Very dissatisfied with U-Haul. We now have to reschedule our project and are out the rental fee for a trailer we couldn't even use.
