The u-haul had busted wiper blades and it rained while we were driving it. The location where I returned the truck had horrible parking for a 26' truck and we had to park in the gravel on the street.Chantelle B.

Truck was dirty when I picked it up, no big deal. Whoever, your STUPID app wanted to charge me to return it dirty. Also, If there is a really person trying to check me in, don't force me to use the app. If MY data, not yours.Mark W.
Your website should highlight where help can be obtained to remove the car dolly. The personnel should know where a truck with dolly could turn around safely. I am 67 and have not the upper body strength to pull down the ramp. I bent the wheel well on the dolly. We can learn from our trials. The manager went above her training to help me resolve the problems. Customer service training could help her avoid difficult circumstances. I appreciate her help and kindness.Marcia B.

The service was great. I was asked to change both my pick up and drop off locations. I was able to do the pick up, as it was not very far from the one I had chosen. However, returning it 150 miles from my destination was unreasonable in my opinion. That being said, I really enjoyed working with Uhaul and will do it again in the future.Rachel B.

The ordering process over the phone needs work. The sales rep selected the wrong date so I needed to change the pick up location to this location. What a pain in the butt to spend more time on the phone making the change. Local employee was great. The original telephone sales rep made the error.matthew R.

Assistance hooking up trailer. The process was extremely slow and I was the only one checking out a trailer. Trailer was sitting in deep rock next to a power pole making it very difficult to attach to my vehicle. I have a bad back and recent knee surgery and no one to help me connect the trailer! First time ever no one to help! I rent a lot of U-haul trailers! Very disappointed in this location will never use again and make all my friends know not to use this location!Shane H.

I originally scheduled a pickup for a 20' truck for May 26th at 4:00 from Kimberly Road location. I got a call asking to pick the truck up earlier if I wanted to. There was no issue with that; however, when I got a second call stating that my 26' truck was ready for pickup I was questioning it and I was told that is what I reserved. I double checked my e-mail and it clearly said that I reserved a 20' truck. I needed to move for the weekend and I had no other choice but to take the truck that was available. I asked for some gas credit because the 20' has a 40 gallon tank and the 26' truck has 57 gallon thank. I tried to explain to them that there is 17 gallon difference and that filling up that many more gallons would cost me extra money but they would not hear it. I spoke to a manager at a different store to see if they could at least give me some moving boxes for the inconvenience and I was told that is not something that they could do. Very disappointing experience and I will never rent from U-Haul again. I will look elsewhere.Selvedin M.

We rented a truck to go over 140 miles and it cost us $165. We rented a truck with this location to go less than 40 miles and it cost us the same amount. I thought that was ridiculous.Dianna B.

It is a little tight getting around. You cannot use any other roadway except the main aisle. But the trailer was angled away from the main center road/aisle, and it made it difficult to turn around. Also, the truck was nice and new (only 3,000 miles) but reeked badly of cigarette smoke!!!! Like they had just smoked in it and then closed the doors. It hadn't been cleaned out. We had to buy an air freshener just to tolerate it!!! The people are nice and helpful which at least made it better.Michael K.

There was not a capable person on site to hook up the tow dolly. We are two women who had to get on the ground and under the tow dolly to hook up!! NOT FAVORABLE ??CAROLINE N.
This truck leaked through the ceiling, as there was a rain storm going through. Was told they had no other 26 ft. trucks, need to drive to Hansen and trade trucks. Did that, filled it up with $74 worth of gas, drove home to load it and this truck leaked too!!!!! Had to wait for them to find another truck, and there was one right in Buhl, which is where we lived! Why aren't these trucks maintained properly? We lost a whole day loading because of this and still waiting for $74 reimbursement for gas in a truck we couldn't use!!!Robert P.

Windshield was filthy. Dolly is usually conveniently attached in the uhaul. I was not explained about the gas fill up info upon arrival. The person at the front desk had no clue how to hook up the dolly I reserved.Amy P.
