Murfreesboro Storage is an excellent U-Haul location! The truck was ready, clean and the team was extremely helpful when I needed to add a dolly and blankets to the reservation during pickup. Highly recommended!

Marlon HUpon pickup the truck said it had 141 miles worth of fuel. Upon returning I had to put about 195 miles worth of fuel to keep the fuel gauge within the perimeters of the graph on the paper contract. At an average of 6.9 miles per gallon (actual) that equals approximately 7.5 gallons (or $21.88 @ $2.89 per gallon) of extra gas I had to leave in the truck.

I had to drive 45 minutes out if my way to pick up the truck I needed at this location instead. If this location was not so far out of my way I would have nothing bad to say. The area was clean, well lit, and my contact free check in was smooth and easy.
Tabitha SBev went above and beyond helping us check out our u haul. This place also has storage units. So we were able to unload our items in the storage unit Bev put together for us and then leave the u haul there. It was so easy. Thank you Bev for all you did for us.

I would recommend this vacility to anyone. Actually if you need a truck they don't they will gladly get one in for you in a very timely manner. Once again great experience.

CHARLES DThe lady running it was so confused on how to do a return and almost charged us over $200 when we already paid. Didn’t understand how to do the return and gave US a number to call and figure it out ourselves. Well they never answered after 2 weeks and the voicemail was full and we were surprised with a random $92 charge.

Amanda WNobody was at the location and because of the rural area it took me a minimum of 20 min to get the Uhaul website and app to find my location. Agent who was not there told me on the phone to just drop the key and check out on my phone. So, I dropped key after locking doors then it started asking me for pictures of odometer etc. Not clear communication. I'm not old and I would still prefer old check in /out method. ???????
Dana RI showed up after hours to pick.up by internet on a Friday evening and was having issues with my phone. One of the owners walked out to check on me and his then the other owner called me in to assist me. They spent about 45 min after closing time to make sure i was well taken care of and had me on my way in a clean truck with all my ordered equipment. I will definitely use this location again!!
