The guy who installed my U-Haul hitch did not properly lock the trailer into place. Luckily, I wasn’t going fast when the trailer detached while I was driving down the road, and thankfully, there was no damage to my car. Do yourself a favor and double check everything or just hook up the trailer yourself if you rent from this location. This could have ended very differently.
