There were cigarette boxes in the side door pockets and garbage on the cup holders cabin floor wasn’t vacuumed or swept. I made an online mobile reservation prior to arriving to this location, I arrived at 7:55 am and the shop that’s supposed to open at 8 never opened at all once there I followed the online account directions and after speaking to five different people at uhaul because nothing I did got me to the truck key someone tells me to download the uhaul app. I do that and in the end the app says I’m all set now for me to walk in and ask someone inside for the truck key. Wouldn’t you think if it was open I would of walked in?? After 45 minutes went by the person in charge of the location calls me, gives me a three number code, I open the box and I finally leave at 8:45 am. Now checking my bank account I was charged TWICE for different amounts. I will be calling first thing tomorrow for a refund. Overall a terrible experience with the location and U-haul.

I was charged with a 25 plus tax cleaning....The truck was in a very neat and clean condition when I returned it. I just use for NEW office desk (6) No dirt or dust AT ALL. Just 6 hrs rent and 20 miles....It wasn't dirty AT ALL. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT AND WASN'T TOLD ME.

I had a confirmed order with the uhaul on 3600 w 12th ave Hialeah FL for 8:30am, it was a horrible experience. They had me waiting for an hour and a half to only tell me they had no order nor the truck I needed. I showed them my email confirmation and they did not care. They delayed my day and the 3 people I paid to help me per hour cost me additional money.

Terrible service. Truck was dirty, waited almost 2 hrs for equipment after scheduled pickup time which delayed my entire move. In the middle of a heavy storm windshield wiper broke which could’ve easily caused an accident for due to very low visibility

El proceso es muy facil y rapido, la ubicacion es sencilla pero es incomodo el hecho de que no hay un parking especifico cuando vas a devolver el truck y encontre el piso del truck un poco sucio, que no esperaba recibirlo brillando pero es que tenia como grasa o aceite en el piso y esto provoco que se mancharan ciertos muebles aun cuando los habia cubierto.

I got charged for furniture pads and a dolly that I never rented or used. When I returned the truck “Jose” asked me if the dolly and pads were in the truck. I told him that I never rented those things and that they were never in the truck he still charged me for them.

Even I use the truck less than 3 hours and I did 8.7 Miles , I was over charge with 29.00 per fuel , something really unnecessary and I believe abusive, this location works type self serve , you call they ask you for your credit card, you have to open a security box to get the keys, fuel meter was not full, I guess they fill it up with the overcharge.

There was no UHaul rep at the pickup location. I talked to a person called Roy who did the paperwork over the phone & emailed contract to me. An extremely dirty greasy mechanic came out and basically had me sign the paperwork, gave me the keys and pointed to the truck. This location was in a very bad part of town and located at a rundown auto repair place. I will NEVER rent from that location again. UHaul should be ashamed to do business in such a dirty rundown location. Check engine light was on.

The only issue with this rental facility is that when I rented the trailer I went to rent it at 2:00pm and the gentleman wasn't there I had to come back at 4:30pm and that backed me up on my schedule. I had to rent the unit for an extra day and when I returned it at 8:30am I was charged for that day even though I didn't use it cause it was returned in the morning at 8:30am... the person rents the trailers tries for you to have to return it the following morning to charge for an extra day.....

The person who are renting in that location his name is Jose is very unprofessional and rude, what ever I don't will use no more that location either to recommend no one to have bad experience.

This location should NOT be allowed to rent uhauls. The location it's self is not user Friendly. It's like a garage and everything is jam packed unable to get to. Secondly, I had my reservation I had reserved it for an official uhaul location but they told me I couldn't pick it up at the one I reserved it at and had to pick it up at this location. Even when I asked them to bring it to the location I wanted to pick it up at. So I had a reserved to pick it up at 1 but had to move it back to 3 pm. So I called uhaul and got it changed and have the confirmation email for 3pm. I showed up at the location and no one was there to rent the uhaul. I had to wait around to find someone to call and find out where the person was. I was then told by a guy who said he didn't work for the location told me to call this number. So after calling and multiple times of no answer, this guy suddenly decided he works there when we went to look to see how to get the trailer out. He called the guy who owns the shop and put me on the phone. The owner proceeded to tell me I did NOT have reservation. So then he found it and was like O yup you have one. So then ALLL OVER THE PHONE, he's asking for my information and then he asked me for the house address of where I was going. Which I do not think he needed. I had a drop off location. Was renting a trailer not a truck so it had nothing to do with miles. But he kept on insisting. So then I had to wait for his call back cause the system went down he said. So after 15 mins he calls back and I give him ALLL my info again. And my credit card all over the phone. Which I didn't feel comfortable with because who is this person who I'm giving my info to. So then the trailer got hooked up by this guy who did or did not work there. So how was I to know it was done right? I have a video of location. This was a terrible experience, lots of time wasted.

i drove the truck for literally 3 miles and i got a final bill where i was being charged for 10 miles i moved from one building to the other which is literally less than 500 feet from each other. I will be making a claims with uhaul this is not much but just the principal that someone would charge me for something that i didnt use

I was overcharged for furniture pads I did not take. This charge was on the estimate which I brought up to their attention. Merchant told me he would take it off. And, the email 78704_AFM@uhaul.com I received to contact the merchant does not work.

Wiring harnesses was broken on utility trailer and I had to fix myself. Paid for an appliance hand truck but when I got there he didn't have it. Gave me a utility one instead and charged me for the appliance one. (More expensive). Dirty mechanic shop. Guy wasn't even there. Had to give him my credit card and other personal info over employees cell phone. Very informal process. Will never go there again. Sorry U-Haul.

The straps on the dolly were completely worn.. the car actually shifted during the tow on the way from where the car was brought from. The owners of the business were completely rude and unhelpful .

Truck was fine, waited 1/2 HR for tow dolly. The lights on the dolly didn't work on one side an I was told to call road assistance. I took the dolly to the Uhaul on 20 ave west 60 street. The manager at took the dolly checked out the light and replaced it resolving the problem. Jose at Mvj recorded the wrong mileage and caused me another problem in returning the vehicle!

Worst experience renting a vehicle EVER!!!!!!!!! Truck AC broken. My credit card was charged twice for rental. Truck was dirty from previous rental. Had to wait 45 minutes to get truck as designated pickup location, after which I was told to drive to different location to get truck. Of course no other choice but to take truck with broken AC because I had no other choice and was pressed for time with kids following me in car behind. Next rental I will have a choice and it will not be UHaul!!

I was charged estimated miles and not actual miles, which was half the estimates miles. I tried calling the center that I rented from and their number is dosconnected?!?!? Now I have to go to the dump location and try to get my money back.

Improve the programming on the Uhaul end to speed along the rental clerks ability to process customer rental packages and offers, this the second time we use Uhauls services and it happened both times. We will still Uhaul but it would increase customer satisfaction and likely hood of return business.
