ANDREW G.The truck had less than1/8 of gas and the gas light was on. So the first thing you have to do is find the closest gas station. The truck also has issues when you are putting gas, which is annoying. The truck was dirty in the inside.

ARLEY P.The shop owner ran up charges on 3 different credit cards, indicating on 2 different dates with 2 different cards that he had accidentally keyed in an extra zero- $2320 and $4330 for a three day, 2 truck rental. Trucks rented on a Saturday at noon and returned on a Monday around 1 pm. The following charges were made- $89 times 2, $233 and $430. Plus the two "errors" previously mentioned. At time of rental, I requested liability coverage and instead he assigned insurance for the content which I was unaware to. I had advised him that the vehicles would be used to block entry onto a property and no moving involved. To this day I have only received 1 receipt- the two legit $89 charges. This place is " suspect" at the very least. I have been working with my credit card companies to resolve the extreme overbilling issues.

Fernando V.On the receipt I received, the mileage of the truck did not correspond to the use given by me. I was charged for 10 miles more than I had used it, plus the mileage recorded on the truck is totally unreal. I will not use this location again.
RUDDY F.This location is terrible, no space to p/u and drop off the equipment. No one with knowledge to attend you. no one on site to drop off the equipment. The trailer I rented should be a 5' x 9' this is false advertising, the actual trailer dimension is 56" not 60" this was a terrible rental.
Jorge P.This location is a complete bait and switch. I made the reservation from the app, showed up and was told they don't have a trailer for rent, as I am looking at the trailer. The worker, hurriedly called another location to have a trailer transferred to him so he could rent it to me. They added insurance after I stated I did not want it, could not provide a printed copy of the contract. Wanted my phone number for text messages. I would state that this is the WORST experience I have ever encountered with U-Haul.

JOSE R.I asked if I had to be back exactly after 4 hours and the U Haul Rep said I could return it at the end of the day without charging anymore, and I ended up paying $175. I left the truck over half full, and even pass the broom in the container part. The truck was handed to me with soil in the back. Also, I requested a dolly and was only told that same morning that there were no dolly. I do not recommend this place.
CLARA G.The online reservation system showed the 20' truck as available as the appliance dolly and cart, however, upon arrival, the owner indicated the 20' was out of service and he had a 17' that I could hold to the next day without saying that extra miles due lack of space and multiple trips will be added. I later call the owner and he said he will adjust the miles to compensate. Upon arrival that same night the full miles were showing on the bill so I didn't process the payment. I want to have half of the miles taken off since I had to make two trips to fit the cargo.
