Only thing that has me hesitant was the condition of the the tire straps (slightly sun beat)

If I can help it, I won’t go there again. She should have been professional, cordial, personal, A-political, and helpful. She was horrible.
ANDRE WThey messed up my pickup. They placed the wrong key to the lockbox. This caused 1 hour and 45 minutes delay in picking up the truck. I reserved an appliance dolly and 6 furniture protector blankets, but they didn’t put it in the truck. Worst experience ever.

Daniel MThe location was fine. My problem was the UHaul mobile app. I'm a retired IT professional, not just a 76 year old-fart. I had to call for help. And it took Casara (who was excellent, by the way) 45 minutes to help me complete the check-in and get the key to the truck. In all I was over an hour and a quarter late when I finally was able to drive away. The return on the app was ok, but involved multiple images, etc. If I ever rent a UHaul again, I'll make sure that I do so when the location is open. It's so much easier with real humans.
