The business hours indicate they were supposed to be open but no one was around and the business was locked. I had intended on doing in person check-in so if I had questions I could address them, but instead had to sign up (while outside the business in 30 degree weather) for mobile check-in on the app and then it took about 45 minutes total to get the vehicle and finish the check in process. The key was jammed in the lock box to the point I wasn’t able to get it out without breaking the keychain attached. There was snow piled on the windshield and around the vehicle which made it difficult to walk around and take pictures, and without a snow brush, I had to use my hands and arms to push the snow off the windshield. If the business was aware they had upcoming rentals, I feel like they should have gotten the vehicles prepared by at least removing the snow from the windshield. Overall, this was probably my worst experience for checking in and this is not the first uhaul I’ve rented.

stewart aRequested furniture Dolly that I paid extra for and did not get. Also we were scheduled to pick up at 6:00am. When we got to the location the keys were not available to us. We had to sit on the phone trying to figure out a game plan of what to do. We were told we could try to come back at 9:00am which was nkt an option for us. tried to get ahold of the store owner and phone went to voicemail. left them a message. eventually they called us back and was sending someone our way. there was a sign by the uhaul that said the rental was guaranteed or we would get $50. We did not get the $50 even though we left an hour later than our scheduled time.

John BU-haul was dirty, doors did not shut all the way, brakes need to be replaced, missing dolly and had to go to another location to get one. Overall service was lacking.
Sarah BI continue to not understand how drop off does not include some sort of hard copy receipt! As I leave the lot I have absolutely nothing to show that I in fact did drop the trailer there at that date and time.
Joe KWhen I dropped my trailer off, I asked for a receipt and the employee said I didn't need one....well 2 days later I'm told I didn't drop it off in time! Ridiculous. Totally unprofessional and these employees need to be trained better, or supervised! Unacceptable.
