when I order the U-haul I told the person from u haul where like to drop off truck gave them the address and location. They said okay and enter different place about hour away from where we were located. The place I told them about was across the street from our location. They did not listen to me at all, then charged me for delivery at different place there fault to begin with. so no not happy at all. It was late when drop off no one at location.

Process for finding the keys for the rental was a bit confusing but not hard. At this location, you have to leave the padlock on the ground by the drop box which seems unsafe, as anyone can pick it up. We took pictures of this just in case since they will charge extra if the padlock is not there. Hoping this will change in the future and drop box can be installed. Other than that the experience was good and seamless.
Ana SI turned the U-Haul truck in on a Thursday evening and the truck was not confirmed to be turned in until Monday. Management was not available to return any of my calls or assist me in a timely manner.

I had to do a mobile pick up which completely sucked & I was charged more than double what I had on my reservation. Overall this experience was stressful, time consuming & completely not what I had reserved. I picked a spot that was open so I didn't have to pay more to do your job...not happy.
Michelle HDoing this on line was horrible. The reservations did it wrong and then calling back and fixing the mistake was a nightmare. It was all a mess. I would rather not answer the questions above and I rather like face to face. It works Monday through Sunday.

Alexon RSo the representative that I talk to where they had moved to was awesome but my whole experience with U-Haul on this was horrible. My son had passed away and I had to go get his things. I dropped it off at the location near me that was on the U-Haul website But the first representative that called me to ask me if I had dropped off my truck was rude. I told her my son had passed away and she was still rude telling me that they had to go retrieve my truck I would be charged even though it’s still on the website and there were three trucks there she said ma’am there should not be any trucks there because this location has been closed for over a year and yes, she will be charged if we have to go get it, there was no reason for her to talk to me like that. I finally got it figured out, but this is unacceptable.
Lisa MThe pickup and return websight was very hard to navigate and there was no one to help. It took over an hour each time and kept taking me to the wrong sight. Plus charged me for 2 days when I only had it one. Never use them again.

Susan JTruck was dirty inside. Dash drink holder was sticky. Drink was spilled & ran all over driver side floor. So floor was sticky. Went to pickup truck at reservation time. Received a text that my reservation had been changed to a 24/7 pickup point. Sitting outside in chill air trying to figure out how to check out truck. I had poor cell reception & it was lengthy time to download U-Haul app. Wasted one hour trying to get key to truck. Paid help had to sit & wait that hour while I figured out how to check out truck. Had same issue trying to return truck using app. Ended up having to call U-Haul 800# to check truck back in.

Les HWhere straps go to hold down the tires they needed to be oiled. They were kindof rusty. It could have been easier to let the handle down but the handle was a little hard to turn or it could be that I was not strong enough. LOL

Jennifer Icheck the truck upon return from customers. My truck had a broken mirror. Be more honest on receipts! I was initially charged 3 days when only used 2. Was charged $1.09 a mile when web site showed .89 a mile ! Not too much sure i will use uhaul again
sean bEverything was great about my uhaul experience except the price. I don't understand why it costs a hundred bucks for a 10 ft truck with a 4 hour run. I even turned it in early. On top of that, this time last year, I rented your biggest truck, had it for a full 24 hours and drove about 100 miles and it was only 100 bucks. It's too expensive 😫
Johnny HHad to hook up my own trailer, tire had a nail in it, had to hook up to a second trailer. Paperwork never came through on the trailer switch. Returned it 24 hours early and was charged for the full rental. App to return didn’t work had to call in. It always seems to be something when I rent. Lady at the facility when I picked up trailer was nice.
