No person to meet with, self dropped off the truck and utility Dolly (2 wheel). Area was busy, parking was difficult to find.

I don't rent from uhaul very often and I always choose a location closer to me. Also when extra things are added to the reservation like a utility dolly, it should be in the vehicle when picked up. Then one I added to my reservation was not there and the place was closed so I could not ask someone about it. I am waiting to see if uhaul is refunding me the money I paid for it.

Reserved equipment and tools for our move and equipment was "not available". Office people were apologetic and indicated that it was U-Haul's fault they did not have the equipment.

I wouldn’t recommend uhal for a trip like we had I paid over two thousand dollars then 700 in gas for a two days. I was charged 7 days and only used the truck two days. On day one before I even loaded the truck fully I was being asked when i would return the truck for other customers. Never again. Outrageous pricing

Store opens at 9 am. No be was there. All the Uhaul equipment was behind the locked gate. No instructions on where to leave the trailer. Called the phone, no answer
