The tire straps need immediate attention, they are worn and need to be replaced, I only traced a short distance
Wesley TI loched the vehicle and put the key in the dropbox because nobody was there to at 1 PM in the afternoon to take my return. After I drop the key in, I wasn’t sure how to check out then found the website and it asked me to take a picture of the odometer. Obviously I couldn’t because I turned the key in instructions. Should’ve been better on how to return the vehicle with nobody there to except the return.
Rohn DI'm being overcharged, they only had 3 blankets when I was charged for 12.
KRYSTAL LThe girl at the front desk was very lazy to say the least. Tried to charged for insurance when I clearly stated no insurance coverage needed. Then I double and tripled check to ask her to please make sure my drop off location is at the location I selected. She emphazised she will select “unsure of where to drop off” so that it will save me $3. I emphasized to please just select the location I opted for because I don’t want to see any unforeseen charges when I return it. She stated she has already move on to the next page on her computer and don’t feel like going back to fix it. She insisted and guaranteed that I will not have any trouble with returning it “anywhere” I’d like and will not get charge any extra charge. Of course when I dropped it off at the location I supposedly selected in the first place, that location told me the person at the 2525 IH 10 E location selected a random location for me to return it and that I was going to be charged $9.90 for returning it to the wrong place. Unbelievable how lazy a person can be to not even attempt to do the right thing. Worst Uhaul location I’ve been to. If you don’t like your job and can’t do it right, don’t work there, no one force you to work there.

ernest gI’ve been to several of your locations. Some I have been not happy or not impressed at all. I cannot say that with this location, the people were very friendly there to deal with and served very quickly. I would recommend this store.

Juan RThis was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.. we dropped off the truck and trailer during after hours and were told to park the trailer into a specific location by the manager/owner I’m not sure. When we got there it was very dark and the location told was a small space that we did not feel comfortable trying to maneuver into. So we left the vehicle and trailer in a large area where it could be easily moved. The next day… the woman there calls us and is very upset. Started yelling and threatening us if we didn’t return to move the truck and trailer. We had to block her number because she wouldn’t stop calling back. She even said she would report it stolen if we didn’t move it. We have voicemails to show as well. We even had to contact local police just in case she took it further. All in all I’ve never had an issue with uhaul until now.. and we have used uhaul many many times in the past.. but after this we probably will no longer be using uhaul again.. it’s unfortunate but this was just very stressful on us and we just want to forget it all happened. My wife is pregnant and having a uhaul representative calling her threatening isn’t something we want repeated.

Ethan LReserved a 15inched and paid for it then got to location they gave me a 10 inch.. but wouldn't do a refund because there just a drop off location.. Then the U-Haul had no gas at all when we picked it up!! So I got over charged and had to pay for gas

KELLI CWorst return experience ever!! I returned the car hauling trailer on Sunday when they were not open. I tried MULTIPLE times to do the return online and it never would go through. Luckily my wife knows the people that work there and was able to let them know we returned it after about a week and a half and 2 phone calls from U-Haul wanting to know if I had returned it.
