NICHOLAS PDon't schedule more than 1 person at the same time. Also, make sure your trailer lights are functional. The only tester available was to test my vehicle hookups, not the trailer's female end. It took almost 2 hours to get the trailer off the lot between all the other people and the light issues.

peter eGas tank was on 1/8 tank on pick up. Had to chip off 4” of ice before I could depart. Would have been nice to have an ice scraper in the truck.

FRANCISCO RRyan went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly and treated me like a gold status member. That perk doesn't exist but I’ve rented enough U-Haul’s over the past 2 months I should be considered a platinum member. One more cross country trip is in my future and I now where I’m getting my next rental at. Thanks Ryan for saving the day.

BURKE LEverything worked out great. The only thing I would improve is the initial steps for mobile pickup are long and some of it (ie: entering drivers license, selfie, and referrals) could have been done when the initial registration was submitted. The gas gauge was also showing less than 3/4 and it would let me adjust it saying it was less than during the initial steps.other than the initial steps the actual move and truck was great and I would rent another one in the future.

Nathan BThe 26' truck had the engine light on when I "pre-flight" checked it. A few minutes for the tech to come out, diagnosed a possible spark plug issue, or whatever. She reset it (light off). I don't believe it came on again during the 11 hr drive. The manager was nice and accommodating and treated me well. The location did not have a dolly, which I ordered, but did have appliance dollies which I did not need. Seriously, how can you not have dollies?? I needed to go 50+ miles to the Erda location because in all of Salt Lake Valley, there wasn't a 26', which I'd ordered a week before. I did receive an extra day and was able to pick it up a day earlier, which was great. I also received an extra 50 miles, which was also nice. On this form, you ask if I would recommend this location to a friend and i checked "Not Applicable" and the submission would not go unless i checked yes or no. Don't give me the option if it isn't available for a valid answer.

James LUsing the U-Haul app was terrible. It would crash constantly. I couldn't finish the check-in process. I had to call for help. The whole thing took an hour. It was awful. I'll never rent from U-Haul again.

ShaNell WStaff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience with this location, however this equipment was another issue. The brakes on the car trailer were non-operational but it was not discovered until the antique vehicle was loaded and the trip was underway. Thankfully my vehicle was capable of the trailer without brakes, but it pushed the limits on steep grades across I-80. Made the same trip with a well maintained trailer last year no problems. Makes me wonder what unrequired maintenance will be needed on my personal vehicle because insufficient maintenance/inspection was done on the rented trailer. Also ratchet straps on the trailer were nearly corroded solid, should have been a warning of the lack on proper maintenance on the equipment.
Dave GHave everything ready when the truck has been reserved. I waited two hours. I am in a domestic situation and didn't want to be there any longer then needed. This stressed me out to no end. Then for 3 hours use of the truck, I was charged an outrageous amount. I will tell the government officials about this, they were helping me out.
