We like this location most, they are extremely helpful and provide excellent customer service. I can always depend on them providing what we need. We have used them several times.

Trailer not well swept. Truck dirty in the cab, mud on driver floor. Windshield NOT cleaned... lots of bugs I had scrape off.

My first booking didnt show up, called and then a reservation showed. The customer service rep that answered was amazing she walked us through the entire process because picking up with your phone is not cohesive. It is very tumultuous. We got our rental finally after an hour to get through the steps. Then as we were unloading the truck that had not been maintained door broke and fell on us we had to prop up the door with the ladder which made our move really hard and made it a day a lot longer. This was also a huge liability. I received a text message saying to call a number to take our truck to different location for drop off. I called and Tom answered and asked me to take my truck to tempe. Which was about 45 minutes out of our way. I told him I would not be doing that. He said the truck needed service and that's why they needed in tempe. Therefore it was known that the truck was not safe to be running out but was still running to us. Then we dropped off at the U-Haul And my charges were significantly higher than the original charge I was quoted at peoria. We were also required to drop off at a different location and surprise. Fortunately the assistant manager at the store was amazing and she worked with me to get me the original price. I was issued a refund of $74. However now I am looking at my card and I was charged twice $93 as well as a 16590 charge I have called to try to get my 16590 charge back as I was charged twice, however I did not receive assistance over the phone I was sent to the store which did not answer and will be calling me back. After this experience, the liability issue of almost being injured by a broken door, and a terrible experience overall outside of the two customer service reps who really help me. I will not be renting from you all ever again.

This facility is great. It's easy to access and the staff are helpful. I have one complaint and it's about the equipment, not about the facility. I rented a 6x12 trailer and it really needs to come with a tongue jack to ease the hooking and unhooking process. The trailer is very heavy. I know that staff have portable jacks and can assist when I am picking up or dropping off. But sometimes it is necessary to unhook and rehook during the period that I have the rental. It is very difficult to do that without a tongue jack. A trailer that heavy should not be rented without a tongue jack. It is unsafe.

Nothing against this location, just an issue with uhaul as a whole: nickel and diming a customer for a full days rental when it was dropped off well before close on the scheduled date is piss poor.

First off, Kyle was our representative for U-haul and he treated us exceptionally well! This young man went out of his way to make us feel part of the community, not just a customer! For starters, you can not let people reserve trucks at locations that literally have zero trucks available. I reserved a 15 foot truck weeks ago at the uhaul where my storage unit is. A day and a half before my move date, I get told there are no trucks of any size available. I ended up having to drive an hour round trip to another location. At that location, they didn’t even have the key for my reserved and confirmed 15 foot truck in the lock box assigned. I showed up 20 minutes early to start my pick up only to not leave until an hour later with a truck 11 feet longer than I reserved because no one bothered to put the key in the box for me. The only key present in any lock box was for a 26 foot truck. It was extremely nerve wracking driving such a huge truck over an hour away. I would NOT recommend this location or Uhaul in general at this point considering the numerous issues at multiple locations.

Young man at the desk was super helpful. I complained that the lock boxes were so high I had to find a rock to stand on. He told me he alerted you and you were going to change it.
