Waited an hour and a half for a reserved truck , the attendant spoke Spanish and nothing else, I definitely will not rent with U haul again! On the other hand in Ft Pierce the drop off point was excellent even though I reserved a truck with a drop off point less than 1 mile from my home , 12 miles from home ! Very poor experience to say the least!!

The owner at this location had no idea what he was doing and totally messed things up. He had to make a call into the help center to get things fixed. Charges were made to my account that had to be reversed. He changed my move from a one way to another state to a local one and had the contract all messed up. It was a very very frustrating experience.
