I did this order online, so I didn’t speak with anyone on the phone. It turns out the 10 ft. Truck that I ordered didn’t have the pull out ramps that I needed to move a refrigerator. I spent $70 for nothing. Not to mention that the website made me select an insurance coverage that I already had. That was $15 extra dollars to the advertised 19.95 rental price. I had to return the truck unused. It was a total waste of time. Talk to a representative when you rent a truck from U-Haul, it will save you some money.
