UHaul asked us to bring a trailer back to Atlanta. When we got to the destination site, we were first told that they couldn't accept trailers and their system didn't handle trailers so we would have to take the trailer to another location 10-15 minutes away. After discussion, they agreed to take the trailer. Why would UHaul Distribution want us to haul this trailer to this site if the site doesn't accept trailers?

Stop price gouging over fuel. Charging me $50 for a quarter tank of gas? Unreasonable, by any standards. The fact that it was supposed to be "flexible" and "save me money" to drive here just to get ripped off like that was terrible. This location was fine. U-Haul, you were terrible for that. 0/10 for you. The locations were great otherwise.
LUIS AOn my previous rental I was charged for an appliance dolly that I never received so when I went to pick up the truck this time I had an e alert of which I had to pay $273.50. $200 of this was for the appliance dolly I never got. The lady with e alert Dept filed a dispute and said it would be resolved in 3 days and I would have my money back.tomorrow makes a whole week and I still have yet to see any of my money that is owed. I received an email saying $16.50 was being refunded so I called back and was told that would take 3-5 days to hit my account and that they had to reopen the file to get the $200 refunded to me bc it was another location and after I hear from them it will be another 3 to 5 days before I see that. That means I will have been waiting for 2 weeks for something I shouldn't have had to pay for to begin with and alot longer than the 3 days the last from w alert said it would take. This is very unprofessional to lie to people then tie their money up like that for weeks. I have bills to pay and need my money back asap

Kanu PWe had reserved a 20 foot moving truck. And this is the second time that they did not have the reserved truck that we wanted. Their guarantee of having the truck you rent on-site is a lie. They also was supposed to give us a $50 credit for breaking the guarantee and another $30 credit for. Having to go to another site, which was 20 minutes away to pick up the truck that we actually rented. The representative at the first sight that I went to to pick up my truck, which was not. There was not very helpful and was very rude. If you could find a different riddle service, I highly recommend that you do so because they have terrible service and their guarantee is a lie and they do not give you what you want. We was also charged like $12 fee for cleaning. But the truck that I had was already dirty. When I got into it, we had the truck for a total of 1 hour and we got charged a $12. Our cleaning fate the floorboards of the truck was already dirty and the tiny middle seat had residue debris in it and we we got in trouble for it.

John CThe truck I rented was damaged so they gave me another truck, which was not cleaned. App check-in didn't work. It took 1h to get the keys. The link to check the truck didn't work. Had to call to customer service to get a new link. The trucks were parked next to a ditch, which didn't help when taking the photos.

There was also a plastic covering near the wheel well that kept coming off. The AC only worked intermittently. There was a leak in the roof of the truck that wasn't discovered until unloading the uhaul because it had rained the night before. I've been offered ZERO reimbursement or credit for my rental.

Thomas MI was told I had to have a drivers license from the same named city which they are close to. It took time to explain that my address is only a few miles away. Operator argued that UHaul would not accept that. Store operator also said that UHaul was not used to pick up a truck in one place and go to another (I only needed a day use to return there which was on the order form but she made it an argument anyway). Wrappng pads rented were dirty and had lots of what appeared to be dog hair. Operator was upset because they were not folded the way she liked. Do not use this location unless you just want an extra problem.

Boris AThe gas station had a different mane. It was called “Mystik” in my confirmation, but something entirely different upon arrival. Also, there were several U-HAUL trucks at that location already, making it difficult to park. I reserved a storage unit at a U-HAUL facility close by, but was not able to book the same facility as a return location for the vehicle, which simply doesn’t make sense at all.

Albert MAbsolutely the worst experience ever. This place charged my credit card 3x on a holiday weekend and left me with no money. No one was able to help me and my credit card company say all the charges are still pending and they can't cancel till it clears. This is totally unacceptable and is should be considered stealing. If I don't get my money back in 24 hours I will be reporting to the BBB it is entirely unacceptable to do this with people's money. I did not authorize my card to be charged multiple times and I honored every part of my contract with you guys.
