No personnel at this location an was unclear who to call because the lady listed does not own it anymore. So I was really not wanting to leave it there.

Cancelling my reservation was unexpected. Drove 30 miles to a different reservation and the U-Haul was not turned in. I then had to drive another 30 miles to another location. Then drive another hour back to the house. This was an absolute disaster. The Truck was parked in a field. When raining and trying to check out the truck in undesirable conditions was a mess. Getting the pictures for the driver's license uploaded was a real mess. Getting the lock to open to access truck keys was very difficult. It did not want to open. Plus, I have arthritis in my hands which makes it even more difficult. This was not a good experience.
Michael BChecking out truck , no one at this location. Me & my son had to be on phone trying to get the key out of box. Totally aggravating! Checking out online could not get pics to send. We were out in the severe cold with strong winds. Need a person at this location greatly!
WILLIAM CEverything from pickup to drop off was flawless and smooth! I even changed my drop off location and it went great. I was also contacted about Load Share, which was also very professional.

leeanna pThe location was good - convenient for us, easy to find, and easy to get in/out of. We have used them before, and will definitely consider using again in the future. The issues I had were absolutely not the fault of the location - it was UHaul's processing and technology. My reservation didnt show in the app at the time of pick up, the app didnt work well despite having sufficient signal (kept timing out and required photos would not upload), and it took just under an hour to actually pick-up the truck (spent about 15 minutes of it on hold trying to get help) so we were quite late getting started with the move.
Kimberly DNobody answered when I called this location to book but after I done it through the app when I arrived everything went smoothly and worked out perfect. I’ll recommend this location to everyone and I’m local to it.
