Staff was not professional and didn’t have the appliance dolly and refused to check if they had one I had to call customer service to actually rent the truck and pay for it over the phone because they didn’t know what they were doing. There was also a homeless person using the truck to sleep in.

HARRY DHorrible customer service. Go to Yuba City for your U-Haul rentals. The worker in my picture had had attitude and refused to answer questions as well as the price I was charged wasn't what I agreed to online I asked for a dolly they don't even have Dolly's here truck is not clean on the inside. Do not recommend this place I would never come back here again. Then later I realized the truck had poor steering and was actually a danger to be on the road.

Connie WTrain the person processing the rental paperwork. The gentleman didn’t know what he was doing and stated it was too many questions to complete and it wasn’t worth the $5 percentage they made. He completed the rental incorrectly and we had to spend another half hour on the phone getting the drop off completed. We reserved a one way trip and he entered a round trip instead. He didn’t provide any paperwork and told us to go we were good. The experience was very stressful.
