The Uhaul agent did not know how to process the rental at the beginning, did not speak English, and the app was difficult to manage on its own. It wanted to charge me for a blanket and furniture dolly, or to go get one from the Uhual agent, but he didn't have any, and again, he didn't speak English to even understand what I was asking. The interior of the truck was dusty, but the pictures would not upload. I'm hoping I did not get charged for it. When I returned it, a different Uhaul agent was there, and he also did not speak English and could not help me clarify that it was still dusty inside the cab... Finally, it took a very long time to rent the truck, and much longer than necessary to return it.

To small of a location especially for the big U-Haul.
Francisco RI believe that I was robbed by u-haul. I was charged over $500 for a 24 trip when my quote was suppose to be for a 3 day haul which actually turned out to be about 36 hours. So I gusting can say I should have listened to everyone else when they said DO NOT USE UHAUL YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED.. Hard lessen learned
