Several issues. 1. Truck should be ready when you arrive for your appointment. 2. When you pay for 12 blankets, you shouldn't receive only 5 and be told its the same as 12. 3. I returned the truck with over half a tank, which is what i received it with and yet i was still billed for a other 5 gallons of gas at a premium. 4. The truck needs work because it pulls side to side more often than it should. 5. Lastly, not that it was too important, but a truck with no radio is simply bad service. 6. From the moment i walked in, they really dont want to service you and direct you to the website to complete the process. I will never be back to this location but since this is a reflection of the uhaul name brand, i will not be using uhaul ever again. I’ve never seen worse customer service.

Dana MThe rental truck lost power in front of my house. The battery died . I had to have the battery jumped in order to get it back to the rental pick up. The vehicle was very old and had high mileage on the odometer. The handling and steering of the vehicle was very poor. It was not a good rental experience.
