When retrieving the vehicle I was not properly checked out, I was not given directions on to refill the gas, there was damage to the vehicle that the receivers tried to blame on me and I don't believe there was proper communication with uhaul. I received a phone call during the day and was distracted from my move to get this information figured out
Afton GI had an appointment for 10am. Didn't get keys to the truck until 11 because nobody showed up. Had to call UHAUL Regional. Tires were shit. Got stuck in snow. Had to pay another $200 to tow it and get it back to them. Tow truck driver also attested to the fact that the tires were not suitable. HARD ZERO for me
OLUYINKA EThe vehicle barely had gas in it. It showed a quarter tank but literally two blocks later it was an 1/8 of a tank. Vehicle did not heat up and made tons of noise turning and was not maintained. But it was clean.
