There was absolutely no one there to assist. Was told the manager could do it but they aren't here. So single lady with no experience pulling anything has to attach everything and hope it doesn't fall off! She actually said instructions were in an email! WowELIZABETH D.

No help at all. I had a 20' truck and a car trailer. Another u-haul truck in the parking lot made it next to impossible for me to hook-up the car trailer. I went to the door to ask for help and the store was closed. This was a very bad start to a long trip!Steven B.

For starters, how about servicing your trucks to ensure the air conditioning is working in the truck. Secondly, answering your phone when someone calls could also be a way your customers receive a great service. Third, in the event you can't make it to the phone, retuning phone calls of those that have left you a voicemail. This might show you appreciate their service.LEONARD B.

I requested an 8am pickup when I reserved the trailer only to find out the morning of pickup, the T Mobile phone store didn't open until 10am. UNACCEPTABLE. The lighting hookup was wrong for the trailer and the vehicle I identified using to tow the trailer and I was forced to buy an adapter for twice the cost of the normal market. I will NEVER use U Haul again.Donald B.

I had an extreme emergency and needed a U-Haul Van. It took 10 minutes to do the paperwork they are absolutely the best around Atlanta Georgia!!! Never an issue with the vehicle's and are always very clean.. courteous, excellent customer service, and very professional.. I was told that the U-Haul personnel was supposed to unhook the trailer for me the same way that the personnel hooked it up. The lady, who told me her name was Vanessa, told me that they do not unhook trailers and that I need to unhook myself and drop it off and then come inside to do paperwork she was adamant that they do not unhook trailers no matter how many times I told her I could not! I am a disabled veteran and I am not able to move heavy trailers around but obviously that did not matter to that establishment!!!ANGELA V.
