These owners were very rude calling my phone after hours while at dinner with my family questioning me about their personal family business dealings that should not have involved me.. 😑 Then called me again early next morning to be rude and harassed me about a charge that made no sense. Instead of listening to the customer he projected and made an assumption as if he was the one who was present in renting me the truck. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was the owner. He was very disrespectful and judgemental instead of hearing me out and of course corporate handled this accordingly. Thanks UHAUL. ALL he had to do was listen and have customer service or empathy. Very Rude! Thanks to uhaul customer service team I will use another location and do research.
Dachelle WThe lady tried charging us a late fee when we still had over 5 hours left on our contract. She kept arguing with us and didn’t want really a resolution until we contact U-Haul support.
CALEB EWhen I rent a truck I expect it to be there ready to go. This didn't happen with this location. They didn't even know that they had an active rental at 0900 (my rental reservation). I would never go through them again; they are incompetent at best. Makes me not want to ever ren through UHAUL ever again as they wasted my time I needed on that day. Poor customer service, and terrible business.
Tyler MHave used U-Haul several times in different states. Usually you make a reservation in the app or online, show up, get keys, done. This was a very different experience. On arrival I was asked to call a phone number. It dropped to voice mail and that box was full. After a couple of calls by the clerk at the gas station, I received a call from a number and I was asked all my reservation information again. I ordered a dolly and one was not available. Arrangements were made for me to pick it up at another location. Honestly, the location I should have contacted first. Everything worked out, but was severely not the usually high level of customer service I have consistently received from all my years of renting U-Hual at locations across the country.
