KIM GTruck and auto transport appeared cleaned; however, truck engine light was constantly on and severely out of alignment. Alignment was so bad that I had to steer 90 degrees off center. Location needs cleaned up--Individuals who operate the location are dirty; location is dirty, in disarray, and it absolutely wreaks of stench. Beware if you have cat allergies. Don't rent out trucks and/or equipment if it obviously would be a hazard such as a truck with a severe alignment issue and a check engine light that won't go off. Perform PMs on your equipment regularly, not after the fact. Don't tell me you're giving me a truck with only 1000 miles on it and give me a truck with nearly 80,000 miles on it and hazardous driving issues with it.
Diane KEasy process. We dropped Uhaul after hours so no personnel contact but form made me answer something at that question to proceed.

gary tNan wasn't there. This is a thrift shop. However, Nan's husband Don Wilson was there and took the keys from me. He couldn't sign me in and didn't know the online sign-in process. Unfortunately, I didn't either until I got home. So I had to go back to take pictures and sign in.

Marty WIt was so easy to drop off the trailer here. The employees made it effortless. One helped unhook the trailer while the other one checked in the trailer. We were done quickly. The longest part was backing the trailer into place.

Katherine RNan was fantastic. The need for a trailer was last minute not realizing the time I arrived as Nan was closing and I forgot the trailer ball. Nan stayed open long enough for me to drive home and get what I needed then Nan helped me get the trailer hooked up. Thanks!

Pat CTow dolly wires were not secured and were damaged within 15 minutes of leaving this location. Over two hours for roadside assistance to show up and replace a fuse. Fuel level on truck wasn’t entered accurately, cost me about $50 more upon return

Glynn DThe ramp security pin was broken and the ramp fell out every 5 miles. Finally put a pair of vice grips on the pin to hold it in. This worked for awhile till the vice grips fell off and the ramp came out again. Also the right tail light stopped working. So it was a horrible experience with the equipment. Not the stores fault AND I lost my vise grips. Ugh.
Bill HWas charged for a battery even though we attempted to contact this location from the info listed on the door but was unable to reach anyone therefore I feel that I'm owed a refund of the battery amount otherwise I will let everyone I know not to use U Haul in the future considering all the issues I had . Laura WThe odometer out going was wrong when I picked it up after hours. I only drove 16 miles round trip but was charged 34. They also tried charging me for two days when I didn’t even have the truck 24hrs. The clerk called me on the morning that I was to pick up the rental and asked if she could do my contract at that time and I just pick up the truck.

M DIt was hard to find a tow dolley at a more accessible U-Haul location. While Nan's House of Treasure had plenty and the people were very helpful and accommodating, the location was a bit out of the way.
