I have had this issue before I returned UHaul with gas showing exactly the same number of miles to empty but I end up having a gas fee for gas gauge not showing exactly what it was when I picked UHaul up. To me yesterday the gauge looked same but it showed exactly the same number of miles to empty and had to pay over $7 for fuel.
ANGELA WCar quit running just as I drove into Eureka Springs AR. I coasted into their lot and it wouldn't start. They let me keep it there for 2 days but I couldn't find anyone to fix it they rented me a truck and auto hauler and I was able to get it home. Very courteous and helpful.

EUGENE WWalked in and they told me they gave my uhaul away because I was late after I called to move it to 10 am when Uhaul split up my pick ups over 30 miles apart. Then was told they did not give it away and the counter person was giving me false information.

William SThe truck I rented was not correctly registered for my pick up. Subsequently it did not have the appliance dolly nor blankets I requested. It was not cleaned either. Because it wasn't set up it took me over an hour at location to resolve with a phone rep.

JAMES RThe passenger mirror could not be adjusted when trying to adjust it would move down pointing straight don to road, so for safety this is very unsafe. I thought also they fill the tanks before taking off mine was almost empty when I picked it up. People were nice but this reservation crap is stupid. I like U-Haul it’s cheaper but for what I got not safe.
