Anthony tThen equipment was not in the area I was traveling to. Gave U-Haul 48 hours notice of need and location needed. Once enroute to the pick up location. U-Haul did not inform me of any changes. The U-Haul dealer did 30 minutes from pick up time telling me the main office was to of contacted me for an alternate pick up and location while I am traveling 218 miles from home for what I needed car transport for. Then U-Haul informs dealer to allow me to pick up the damaged car transport after all. But I still pay a big price for a piece of equipment that is questionable. So I take out additional insurance just incase the equipment breaks and damages my truck or the car I am hauling. Terrible approach for your company to take.
