1. Gas level was off - tank phot registered 3/4 full and contract read 12/16 full. When brought to the attention of Napa Tires and Wheels, he dismissed it saying it can be resolved on drop off. On drop off I was charged $12,50 for turning it in at 3/4 tank, same as photographed on pick up. I called Uhaul and spoke to Maria and showed the two photos of the fuel tank and she was pleasant and refunded the Gas fee, 2. MIELAGE CHARGE: Owner i Napa Tire & UHaul said he would notate in the agreement, an extra 100-150 miles because of the long distance to pick up and drop off of both Uhaul locations from our origin and drop off. But that did not get transferred to our account as he appeared to be busy and distracted with is tire business. I was automatically charged an extra $94 dollars plus tax Overall because of inefficiencies on pick-up, and no one to talk to on drop off, I was charged $126 more than I agreed too. I asked Uhaul to review and refund the $94 + tax for mileage but they said the owner of the Napa pick up location would have to reply to resolve - but have not heard back yet after 48 hours.

CHRISTINE VFix the app! Everytime I would take a picture for the outside of the truck it would glitch and ask me to retake the photo!! I had to do each side FOUR TIMES!! Absolutely infuriating!!

MARK CChecking in was easy & quick. The equipment was ready & in good condition. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only negative was that the parking lot was very congested, which meant hitching the auto transport to the truck & loading the car onto it involved shuffling several other parked vehicles.

ANDREW HThe fuel level and mileage were incorrect when I picked up the vehicle. Although I documented this, it ended up with me paying $54 in fees for fuel. I contacted consumer service via chat but they said to talk to the location, which was not helpful since the location simply argued that had recorded the fuel level correctly.
HALLAM SIt was ok. Kinda like picking up a truck from a junk yard. The truck had way less gas then started on the contract. And was dirty.

GARY AIt was a tire shop… so it was very crowded and difficult to pull into the space. Staff was helpful.
Richard KThe parking lot is crowded and it isn’t clear where to park or who to talk to. It felt very disorganized. No one greeted me. If I hadn’t seen a few u-haul trucks there before I wouldn’t have known it was the place. Seemed disorganized and rushed too.
SUZANNE BTerrible location. Impossible to enter from the Trail. Tight lanes for driving on property. No U-Haul presence at all (no signs, no U-Haul equipment, etc). Was told to back the trailer into a tight stall (only one available on property). Told them i could not do it and they reluctantly unhooked the trailer and manually pushed back into stall. If this is the only U-haul drop off point in Napa, i will not rent your equipment for upcoming house move from Huntington Beach.
Lance PNo assistance was given at pickup with hook ups There was a bag of.smelly HOT garbage in the back of the trailer once I got it home and something sticky all inside the trailer. It took me 30 min to get it clean enough to put my belongings in it. The running lights didn't work and the trailer was downright UNSAFE! I'll never rent a trailer from you guys again.

DEREC BI had a reservation at one location for a truck and appliance dolley. I was texted that my pick up location was changed and when we got there they did not have a dolley. This is horrible customer service. I will never rent from them again!
