This was my first experience renting without a U-Haul customer service rep AND will never jump through all the hoops it took to gain access to the keys from the lock box. Never again and I will tell anyone who asks to never do a rental without a customer service rep.
Jacqueline SYour app is horrible. The GPS location kept telling me I was in the wrong location even though I was standing in front of sign with the address. My son had to load the app on his phone to get that portion to work. Had to take the head shot 4 different times since it would not accept it. Had to take multiple pictures of my driver's license. Took forever to get verified once the app started to work. Was on hold over 15 minutes to get help when the app started working properly. Very disappointed in how long it took. It took approximately 45 minutes from the time I arrived to actually be able to access the key and take the truck. I have used uhaul for many years and this was by far the worst experience. I hope you fix your app as I feel 45 minutes is too long to wait with todays technology.

Carol KWe were charged a $15 cleaning fee because of foot prints on the floor mat, drivers side. That is beyond RIDICULOUS!
