The young man that helped me was very professional and great to work with. The young lady that hooked up the trailer was fast, polite and answered my questions with a smile. This NAPA store has great employees who do the U-Haul rentals. What a breath of fresh air to deal with employees who do a good job and are an asset. Great customer service. JOAN RI did an after hours drop-off and it was pretty simple. Open paved parking lot made it nice. The app was simple to use.

Janita KI dropped off the rental truck and trailer on Fri 2/28 which it was set up and charged for Sun 3/2. Napa in Powell, WY didn't know how to credit me back so I'm waiting on that from uhaul. Please call me at 425-343-8869 to let me know when I can expect this.

MARY LNot sure what happened with the check in process but I returned the equipment a day ahead of the contracted return date and was still getting calls and emails 2 days AFTER the return date asking where the equipment was! Totally unacceptable. Not sure if the return location failed to enter it into the system or what, but to say that I am unsatisfied with the return process of this particular rental would be an understatement.
BENJAMIN JI was disappointed in that I had made a reservation two weeks ahead of time and when I called about picking up my unit a tow a trailer they didn’t have one. I had to travel 120 miles to pick up a trailer. I was disappointed in your reservation system.

MARVIN NI checked on Saturday to make sure everything was ready. I went in to pick it up Monday morning but they rented it out Saturday afternoon and it wasn't back. After it was returned, they had to put tires on.by time i had it picked up, it was to late for me to meet the shop owner to pick up the items from him. I left tuesday morning, returned the trailer that night. I could have been charged fir 1 day rental instead of two if it would have been ready on time.
JOHN HThe equipment had a light layer of dried mud all over the front. The tie down straps were lightly crusted in it and that made for a little bit more difficult time strapping the in-tow vehicle down. Other than that, it was in good repair and worked well.

MARGIE PThe initial truck picked up had a leak from the right wheel hub, dumping differential oil at a dangerous rate. There was no oil on the ground at pickup time so the only way an agent would have known would be to crawl under and look at/inside the inner wheel. It was not their fault but may be something to look for in the future. The replacement truck picked up in Greybull was magnificent. Also, the district supervisor restored two days rent for the time we were unable to load and use the truck, and reimbursed the fuel purchased and not used. Overall, the experience showed great care for customers.
john wThe lady that worked there was very helpful, and so was the young man who brought the truck to the Napa store .
STEVEN FThe first truck had a leak from the right rear axle seal. There was no fluid on the ground at pickup but it was determined unsafe by the responding technician. The only recommendation would be to look closely in the rear wheels to see if fluid is building up.

Paul FThe Cody UHaul misrepresented that the equipment was ACTUALLY reserved at the Cody location. When we called day before confirmed reservation pick up day, we were informed there was no equipment. Contacted corporate Casper and were informed that was current policy (reservations not real). And if one came available in the ENTIRE state we could elect to be notified and currently one was available several hundred miles in opposite direction. Luckily one became available closer (30 miles opposite direction). We took it (on time constraint between work schedule) and that location people were WONDERFUL !
Evan BHad to drive 50 miles one way to pick up the truck. Further away than my original pickup town. Cost me 2 hrs and fuel. Website should say if the truck is at the chosen location or not.

Rick LEverything was great. Until I was charged for mileage. Now I am not saying that you shouldn't charge for mileage. I just was never told about mileage and thought the amount that I was given when I reserved the truck was my total amount I would be paying for. I am sure to it was somewhere saying will be charged for mileage. So I am sure some of it is my fault. But now I know.

Terry DI rented a flatbed to move furniture, went to pick up the flat bed, it looked good on the outside, on the inside still had quite a bit of hay in it towards the top. My stuff was in boxes so not a big deal, however if they weren't I would have had to take time to travel back home grab a broom and clean it, which would have thrown my schedule off. Not to sound like a nag but when I rent I expect it to be clean and in good condition.
Jalene KIn addition to the charges at Powell WY, my card was charged an additional sum over $150.00. No explanation was given, and the truck qas fueled per instructions. No damage was noted, and the truck cargo area had been cleaned.

Vicki SI reserved a 26 foot truck to move my house three weeks in advance.....I then received a phone call three days before the move and was told i would only get a 15ft truck. I moved to a near by town which was twenty miles away. Having a smaller truck made for a ton of more trips and in return caused my miles to be extremes.
