Weird flex about the having to call somebody to verify my identity or existence when I have been renting from you all for years now so makes me want to consider other options when I need to rent a truck or van now.

Clean the truck. My truck had a opened container/bottle of Smirnoff vodka under the driver's seat and it looked like someone had spilled a strawberry drink or vomit on the passenger out side door. The back of the truck was not clean.

I have used U-Haul several times dating back to 2006. But this was the first time I was asked about the miles I was going to drive. I thought it was a flat rate on a daily basis. Before, all they asked was... where is the drop-off location and no questions asked.

I was late to return the truck the girl working there called me I asked if I was going to get charged she stated no... she told me to turn it in. I problem so I rushed to take it back upon getting there she changed what she said... I was pissed off because she made me hurry for nothing... I was already getting charged it wouldn't of made a difference my problem is that then the man there starts talking his language which made me upset... I know he was talking about me so disrespectful and not appropriate since I didn't speak his language...

Check in online longer asked many things although I already have U-Haul account, so just go straight to the office is faster I Paid for rent an appliances dolly and utilities dolly but not in the truck, have to come back office to take for myself.

The young gentleman who helped me check-in was aware that they were trying to overcharge me when dropping off the rental truck. He went out of his way to rectify the problem and I give him credit for doing so in such a calm demeanor. He definitely deserves recognition from the company on following their procedures and knowing how it works. Very impressed at this young man's work ethic.

What happened to the flat daily rate? Renting the truck for use in the same Zip code and Being charged for mileage was an unpleasant surprise!! Overall attendants customer service was excellent!!!

It was a bad experience. It was difficult to find and there was only one employee on staff with limited command of the English language. She was new and had not been trained to receive a returned truck. This location shouldn't even be on the list. There was another location much closer to our final destination that was not even on the return location list. Very disappointing and time consuming.

I was not provided a contract to sign. The employee said it was his first time processing a rental truck. The system wasn't working and he had to call the uhaul dispatcher/helpline. I asked how I would know how much gas to return the truck with and the employee said there wasn't anything except for the last renters receipt which displayed the fuel guage. He told me to take a picture with that receipt. Again, I didn't receive any contract to sign. Nara Express didn't know what it was doing.

Dealer never called to schedule and when I tried numerous times to call them they never answered phone. I had to leave work on my lunch and drive from Beaumont to Nederland to check on reservation in person.
