The location was a remote location not an official store. You guys charge me an extra $14 for no reason, the tank was empty when I picked it up and you claim that a head gas in it I even took a picture on the app and sent it. Was upsetting was the manager at the store knew that the tank was empty I showed it to him before I took The vehicle but he said he couldn't do anything about it. I thought those BS since I rent from you guys so many times and even if I didn't you have flaws and you need to be able to take care of customers, customers are always right if you've heard that before

BERMAN PI showed up for my rental pick up at 6:35 for a 6:30 pickup. I was a bit late. I did the online check in through the website. I checked in and it said that my rental was ready without telling me anything about which vehicle it was. I logged back in through a different browser and the check in instructions were then present on the rental details. I went around to all vehicles and found a unlocked lock laying on the back of a 10 ft truck (I had reserved a 20 foot truck). The back of the truck was open with no keys inside. I called to attempt to find an available vehicle. An employee showed up while I was on hold and asked what I needed. He stated that my equipment was there and was jsut still being used. He asked several times to confirm that I did in fact have a rental and stated that I did not have the rental till 8 he thought. A bit off a 20 ft truck was backed up to an enterprise truck and were transferring boxes since I had been there at 6:35. He stated that they were almost done and to give them 5 more min and they should be done. I ended up receiving the truck at 7:20. I was told to come talk to them upon return for potentially getting a partial refund. The worker retained the lock for the back of the truck that I was given the code too. The vehicle had approx 1/4 tank left. The truck was good for the use. No issues were present with the vehicle. Upon returning i went to the store front and it was locked. I proceeded with the return process online. Once that was completed I went to check one last time since I was not given the lock to close the truck. The worker was very nice about apologizing for the issues in the morning and stated that the other rental would be charged due to extra time and issued us a partial refund. It was just very frustrating not being able to communicate enough and receive the information. It was also frustrating being questioned several times about the legitimacy of my rental before questioning those that had gone over their scheduled time. I will likely rent from uhaul again but definitely not from this location.

TERRY DThe gentleman there was great. The process of renting a truck was a total nightmare. Having to take defies and pictures of drivers license front and back was insane! Trucks parked in the back office all the way around the corner up front of the building was a complete hassle for us disabled people. You asked way too much from us! Pictures of the truck the gas gauge and license plate was above the normal for me. I rented from Penske before and with all the rules you have I will probably never rent from uhaul again! What a pain in the ass to rent a truck from your place of business
Richard FThis location is the worst. They charged my card twice AND for "equipment" (moving blankets) that I sent my daughter back to the store to return! I've never been asked to return moving blankets before but we made an extra trip BACK to the store to do so and still got charged! Trust me, do not use this place to rent a uhaul. I usually go to Public Storage but this was the only location that had the truck size I needed. I didn't think it would be a nightmare.

Krystin ANothing you can do it's a small Asian store and unless you're Asian it's just a little bit of a different environment. The man wanted me to walk all the way around the strip mall to go out back to get to the truck which was not convenient thank goodness I had people to drive me around back or it would have been a long walk. I had to request that he take the dolly and the blankets out for me. He also told me the insurance was only on the U-Haul and I kept insisting I needed to have the other kind that covered other drivers because I couldn't drive down the road not being covered and he finally said that's the only Insurance there was.

keniel rTerrible customer service. The attendant had an attitude and was trying to scold me for being a little late. Told me that next time he would cancel and not let me rent a uHaul even if he had one available. I reassured him that I would not rent from his location again. He is aware that there are multiple locations in Las Vegas where you can rent a uHaul. If he hates dealing with customers you shouldn’t operate a store where you have to deal with the public.

James BThey are very rude there. They wanted to take 30 minutes of my time that I booked out. I booked from 11 to 3 and he told me I had to be back by 2:30. He took a picture of me which I was not comfortable with. I’ve never had to have my picture taken before on someone personal camera, he treated the client ahead of me the same way he took 30 minutes of their time too but I told him I wasn’t bringing my truck back 30 minutes earlier than the time I book for he insisted that I bring it back at 2:30 when I kept insisting no, I wasn’t bringing it back he told me OK keep it till three but he have other customers that booked and I need to be back at 2:30 exactly but go ahead and keep it till three. They were very rude to me and the customers ahead of me this location is horrible. Truck was very dirty And they were very rude How many the truck was in bad condition it did not run well at all. It shook a lot felt like it was going to break down. He stayed on the phone took 30 minutes to check me in after I got there 11 o’clock. I didn’t leave out till 1130.

Janet LIt took over an 1 1/2 hours to get the key location on the mobile pick up. I spoke to 3 different support agents during that time. The first two led me to the wrong location for the drop box and it took me calling 24/7 support multiple times to get ahold of them to remedy the situation. After I finally found the key which was in the back of the truck not where the missing lockbox should be located. I asked about the $50 refund as it states if there is “any” hassle whatsoever it would be paid to us. Your agent at the time said we didn’t qualify for it and HUNG UP on me. I will be following up today by contacting management for the $50 do the inconveniences and all the hassle and complications caused picking up the truck.

Tremell SFirstly, my original booking location was changed on me as I was heading to it. Then, when I arrived at the second location, the truck was no longer available. After calling the main office (who was thankfully very helpful), the only truck available was across town. As I was traveling via electric scooter, this meant an hour long commute to get there and an other hour commute back late at night. Not only is this a massive inconvenience and time waster, it also means that I now had to pay quite a bit more in extra mileage that I initially didn’t budget for, as well as fuel. The experience was frustrating at best and added extra cost.

Ricky BGetting the Uhaul was convenient enough. Returning the uhaul and having the man screaming at me that I used a half a tank of gas to go 17 miles was ridiculous. Avoid this location.
AMY LIt would be nice if the interior of the vehicle was not just cleaned, but sanitized. The steering wheel felt sticky and nasty. I couldn't help but think that someone could get monkey pox, let alone COVID, from the steering wheel, seats, and arm rest.
