I had to go into the barber shop to gather the keys because the app did not give me the code to the lock box (Not the owners fault, but seems to be a miss in the app). The driver door on the truck had to be slammed to be shut. The front left tire had low air pressure. Someone left an empty bottle of Fanta prior to my check in process and I had to clean it myself. I also was not given a utility dolly that I paid for and was told to go to another location to see if they had one. When I got to that location they told me they didn't have one. My service could have gone much better had I been set up for success.

DONALD DI pick up the trailer 3/4/2022 and return it after hour on 3/6/2022 and was charged extra 21.98. The trailer was due back 4/7/2022 at 2pm... Why was I charged a later fee.
