They didn’t supply equipment and then took my money saying I owe 162 because I didn’t return it. They wouldn’t answer phone for representative at U-Haul to verify I didn’t get it and I had to call on three way. They then said I didn’t get equipment because they don’t care any yet they charge me 162 as if they had!!! Scammers!

Stop using satellite location to rent trailers from or at least verify it's a good location. Went to Nathan to get trailer . Was told uhaul changed the pickup location . Went to the other satellite location at a beauty shop . No one was at the location an it was closed in the middle of the day . Called uhaul representative to ask what I was supposed to do . Ended up wasting 2 hrs driving around until they sent me back to Nathan's to get a trailer. I little disappointed in that . Nathan's was great and the little trailer pulled and handled very good 👍!

not the original pick up location. The original pick up location would not answer phone or confirm the the truck was available. So call other locations until I found a truck and went there. on line help form U-Haul was NFG and left me to sort out the pick up. Unless you are willing to do most of the work avoid U-Haul. Don't care.

The rental process thru your phone, stinks, it was unnecessarily time consuming, having to result in talking to people over the phone. there were (2) other customers that arrived at the time I did, going thru the same things. UPDATE YOUR TECHNOLOGY or whatever you need to do to make this a more seamless experience. Totally turned off!

I booked an appliance dolly and they didn’t have one and he couldn’t refund me. There was no AC in the truck and it was 90 degrees. Overall very disappointed with the level of service here. I would do everything I could to avoid this Uhaul location. Luckily you can cause there are lots more nearby. Trust me, stay away from Nathan’s Self Storage.

It appears that it's a 1-person location. When I arrived to pick the trailer up, the office was locked because the attendant was cleaning storage units. After 15-20 minutes he came to process my rental.
When I returned the trailer, no one was there and the U-Haul App was unable to process my return because the cell coverage at the location is horrible.
In addition, the trailer's right brake light and turn signal stopped working when I was 20 miles from the location.

When we opened the overhead door we were hit by a wall of Roach fumes and there were roaches still running around. I have been killing roaches at my new house because of the truck. The ABS light came on a few times and the steering on the truck was not the best for a truck with low mileage

All I can recommend is the insurance policy and just check make sure your wood materials do not get termites that they say they spray for but Chika is a very helpful and understanding individual thank you CHIKA 👏🏽

My truck was locked in the gate. Apparently, someone was supposed to email the code to me however I never received the email. So, I had to call U-Haul to get it. It was incredibly frustrating. But, it all worked out well.

The receipt shows 1 day rental. I was supposed to pick up at the U Haul on Wrightsboro Rd in Augusta, GA and was text that the only only available was in Warrenville, Sc..Chika spoke with the Regional Manager and the charges for the miles from Warrenville, Sc to Augusta, GA and back were waived due to us being notified 5 mins before we arrived at the original location in Augusta. I asked for dolly and moving pads, was charged and it wasn't there. Got to location, started to load furniture and nothing but a dirty truck with shivers of glass in the back. Furniture had to get scratched from being back there on top of dirt and glass. Very disappointed and will never use again. Would not recommend.

They were supposed to be open from 10am-2:00pm arrived at the location and there was a sign in the door out running errands be back shortly so I parked the uhaul and put the keys in the drop box and ended up getting charged for two more days of rental and insurance then to top it off the person that checked it in said we damaged it. Call the facility and the guy was completely rude and disrespectful. It honestly made me never wanna use uhaul again due to his laziness and disrespectful behavior
