There is no key dropbox available after hours, so we had to drop the truck off then the next morning drive 1 1/2 hrs back just to return the key. Overall uhaul is fantastic, however some of the locations arent as efficient.

The location had difficult parking for the 26' truck and auto transport. The left side ramp was stuck and would not slide out. Personnel weren't too helpful as they said no tools could be loaned out and it wasn't an emergency. After I informed her it was important because I lived 2 hours away, she contacted someone. It took awhile but after much prying, he got the ramp loose.

You assholes charged me an additional 10.00 for me to convenience you!!! I wanted to take the damn truck back to Challis, but noooo.. you're wanted it in ARCO!!! So you over charge me for mileage!!! I'll never rent with you again! Then you charge me for fuel?!?! I filled it up to the EXACT spot it was given to me!!!! Piss on you!!!

Very frustrating. We called 3 times and had my father go down and talk to them about a trailer rental. Each time we got different answers on what it would cost and not one time did they mention mileage charge for a open trailer. So we left our trailer at home thinking for $29 and having extra sides it might be worth it. Only to get to Arco and find out the cost would be $79 after they repeatedly told us otherwise. I would have just brought my own trailer down if I had known. Very frustrating and won't go to this place again or recommend it. Even after they told us the $79, my father went back down and they told him if we turned the trailer back in today in Salmon it would only be $59. When we turned the trailer back in today they said that was not the case. Again miss information and cost us way more then planned.

Make sure Nathan writes down correct mileage from odometer. He made a mistake on reading with my rental. Arco to Burley is not over 400 miles!

The service station was fine. Nathan and his staff are amazing people. It's U-Haul that is inflexible and changed the terms of the rental agreement AFTER signing. This made what was supposed to be a vacation into a race to drop off the U-Haul equipment and wash my hands of them forever. If I wanted to do business with a nameless, faceless machine, I'd work in government.

The light to change the oil came on and I feel like it is basic maintenance to help improve and maintain engine performance, especially because the trucks are carrying heavy loads and towing. If the light came on, then it just shows that it was way past due and the truck is overall neglected.

Small shop so just call first to make sure they have what you need, the shop and Nathan are very nice and clean.

Nathan's Service Center was very nice, and the staff were very friendly! Easy location to find and return truck. However, it's pretty chincy to charge a full days use when only ten minutes late returning it, before the service center was even open, I might add! IF I ever go with U-Haul again, and I'm a little late returning it, since I'm already being charged for the extra day, I'll just keep it until 5 p.m. instead of busting my butt to try to get it back on time. And trying to cross almost two states with only a certain amount of "allotted mileage" is pretty ridiculous. For cross country moves there should be an unlimited mileage option. We went over our mileage some, because we could not find the right place and had to go to the next town to try and find a place to stay for the night. SAD, just SAD.

I was supposed to receive a call confirming my rental for the location I selected online, but I never received a call and had to contact Uhaul customer service to find out where I was supposed to pick up my trailer. Very frustrating when the locations are hours apart. Call ahead to confirm your reservation!

I had reserved blankets which were not available the day of my rental. I needed to move that day and it is a small town--there were no other rental options for my move. I reserved this equipment online, not with the store owner so I hold U-Haul responsible to ensure the items reserved are available at the designated location at the appropriate time. Since I did not reserve this at the station, he had no way of knowing to request blankets or other optional rental equipment. In addition, the tire went flat on the trailer and had to be changed during my rental with normal driving. The shop owner was very efficient in changing the tire, however, the tires may need more inspection before placed in rural areas such as this.
