This was my first time returning the U- and I will never rent through U-Haul again. The staff was very confused did not walk into the vehicle. I had to find it on my own did not have any instructions on the process after pick up. I did not know I was supposed to take pictures of the vehicle. I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for mileage and I was. Absolutely horrible experience.
