First issues we had were with the app and website not working properly at our pick up time it said it wasn't time yet and to come back when it was time, even though it was time. So we canceled our initial reservation and got directed by the app to call customer service. Once on the line with customer service she was struggling to figure out why we were unable to pick up our vehicle as it appeared to be basically locked down and not allowing us to pick it up and it was back to telling us to come back at our pick up time, which it was. She eventually had to just manually do the pick up process on her end and here is where we get our next problem. When we went to get the key out of the lockbox that she showed the key was in, there was no key in that lock box, tried the next one no key, next one yay there's a key, not the one we need and it shouldn't be in this lockbox but anyway, check on the other two boxes just to see, the box that was meant to have another key in it did not and the other box that did have the key in it already had the pass code entered so anyone could have walked up and opened it and taken the key. Eventually after almost an hour of extra time we were able to finally get our rental. Which at this location you have to drive a block down and around a corner from the lock boxes to get to where they park the uhauls which is very inconvenient. So as for as location goes I'd give it a 4/10 but the customer service person we talked to 10/10 she was very patient and stuck with us until we were able to get into our rental.

Update and maintain your software for ease of use for your franchisees. Things we had already uploaded during the pre-check in was not there, was asked for again, your database wouldn't accept it from the agent. The agent was helpful and friendly, and apologetic for the poor software/database maintenance.
Candace SMake it so trucks can actually be picked up here. We had to drive 40 miles(more cost) to pickup when our actual move loaded was less than a 2 mile trip. Every single employee I talked to in person or over the phone was absolutely amazing!! Very helpful!!
VALERIE DBuilding was under construction. The woman who was the representative for U HAUL was very kind but didn't inform us correctly about charges and cost.
