Unsafe area
AMY GThe location was dark and I wold not advise being there at night, there were a few people hanging there and one even followed me where i was trying to unlock the code to the u-haul.

DAVID EThis location is convenient but the area is definitely little rough. The owner was soooo nice and helpful, He is from India and his name has 17 letters but hard to pronounce. He helped me with the drop off and I was out of there in minutes. He couldn’t have been easier. He gets five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Joni GThe guy that was at the store to rent us the U-Haul was very rude. He was not trying to help us. I was not explained that some places do not take cash, I told him I was unaware but that I could go to the bank and deposit the money. He got an attitude and told me that I was better if he cancelled the reservation and did it elsewhere. I left deposited my money and contacted U-Haul directly and they assisted me with making sure that I received my rental. I am not one to write bad reviews. But my experience with them was extremely negative.
Arianelys RThis location is unsafe and the truck was not in the beat conditios. The gas station is filled with homeless people and when I walked out to get my truck there was a man with several knives sitting next to the driver door. I had to call the gas station staff to move him away. Plus the truck didn't initially started, so I had to call the gas station guy again to get it started. Even after starting the truck, you can feel that the truck was having difficulty accelerating.
