Vehicle was not clean and didn't have much fuel. When returning don't top the tank because they'll refuse a fuel credit. They'll direct you to UHAUL who will also not appreciate a customer returning a full tank and clean truck.

The woman that assisted me was very helpful. Even though I received a confirmation email my reservation could not be found .’this was the company u hauls fault. Again the woman who helped me was so helpful. Inside of truck was dirty. Getting truck was difficult . The only positive was the employee that helped me .

I wasn’t informed which vehicle to use, so I had to find it by the license plate. It took some time to get the Wi-Fi connected on the contract since the signal at that location is weak. The inside of the U-Haul was dirty, with sticky residue all over the cup holder. It definitely wasn’t clean. In the past, a representative has always come out to inspect any damage, but this time, there were numerous scuffs and scratches on both the driver’s and passenger’s sides..

The gas was NOT on half tank. It was low. I took picture. It was NOT CLEANED TO PERFECTION! And I was charged OVER FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT!

I had trouble with the identification system phone app. Had to have someone come in with a phone to take pic of my DL, for verification.
