Make sure you send notification to the customer if location pick up changes due to equipment availability. Where i booked the vehicle and received confirmation was not correct in the system upon arrival at the location. It was changed to another location and the person and I were on phones calls for approx 45 minutes trying to figure out where it was.

This comment is not for the location, it is for the Uhaul itself. You cannot call a client and tell there is no truck available in the city where reservation has been completed 3-4 weeks in advance. you cannot leave for last day to break the news to client that if he/she still needs the truck should drive 5-6h to pick up the truck where clearly client has chosen where is the location that is convenient, and thats why the reservations are completed well way before the actual need for the truck. The message that says Agent will call you a day prior to confirm location, availability and rental tools, should not mean that possibly the pickup can happen more than 10km away from preferred location. i would have made other plans if i knew in advance. Anyways, disappointed and customer service not helpful at all, but for sure will think twice before i go for Uhaul next time, especially for cross states/provincials move

The staff knew what they were doing, but kid things and then returning my vehicle the first one wouldn’t even come outside with me too look at the vehicle and then three hours later I get the final invoice for the final And they’ve overcharged me and charged me for the next thing a $19 1999 rental suddenly turns into you know $170 and I use the truck for two hours. I’ve disputed it with my credit card company. I’ve disputed it with U-Haul. I’ve disputed it because this is this crap I mean and charging $1.45 for a kilometer That’s that’s ridiculous.
Kenneth BI asked the cleryto book the truck for 24 hours, but he booked it for same day return. This caused some confusion the next day when I was returning the truck, almost got charged extra because of it. Will not do business there again.

Trina WWhile the person who dealt with us was pleasant they were ineffective and had zero knowledge of the truck nor could they answer any of our questions. The truck interior was dirty with spills and sticky residue in every holder. We have rented many trucks from UHAUL and this was the worst.

Kenneth NI booked a 20 inch . I have a screen shot to show you as a proof. But on the day of pick up I was told that 20 inch truck was not available. So I have to book 2 small trucks and spent the twice the amount of money

Ramonito SI booked my pick up time and location was 40 minutes late opening the store. The truck was covered in snow and all the store clerk did was turn on the wipers. I had brought a snow brush so I cleaned the truck off. There was a cardboard box left in the truck from previous user. Not clean inside. I will not rent from this location again.

Tristan BThe truck was dirty and there was an AC in the back taking up some space There was no fuel and the light was on and I had to drive the car to a gas station to fill it up, meaning I had to also pay for that distance At the end I was charged for 49 mile which considering the locations I drove, 30 miles would be the highest possible distance I drove (generously). So I was overcharged by at least $30 Terrible experience

Abinesh MI was 3 minutes late and I got charged an extra $20 for an extra session and got charged extra insurance when I only requested for 1 collision damage insurance. I was sent to customer service by the manager at the store and they said customer service can waive the charge. I spoke to customer service and they said that they could not waive the charge that it has to be the manager at the store that they are the ones that can waive the charge. It became a back and forth thing with no one willing to waive the charge but claiming the other person can. So, I do not know who is even saying the truth or being honest and did not like being pushed around. Also the truck had a lot of cigarette ash in it. It was not even cleaned before giving to me and the ash began to affect my breathing the longer I drove in it.
Joshua IThe vehicle was in great condition, however, the process of picking it up was a nightmare. The store keeper had no idea what he was doing, it took an hour before I was able to drive away the truck. My order also included 2 dollies, however, the store keeper said they didn't have any. I was moving from a 1 bedroom apartment but it took me almost the whole day since I have to carry everything one by one without the dollies. It was a regrettable experience. When I returned the truck, I waited almost 30 mins since the same guy had no idea what to do. He only told me that he doesn't need anything from because I finally snapped. Uhaul was supposed to help me with the move but it became the most stressful part. Also, since I didn't get any dolly, I asked for my $5 back which the store keeper gave immediately since he knew that I was already pissed off. I think that's the only thing that he did right.
