I rated average only because the gentleman was very patient & polite on the other hand the lady was rude & insulting to me & made me feel uncomfortable. I was having technical issues with my internet trying to login he was patient with me she rudely passed me and told him CANCEL HER while slamming the door and sucking her teeth. If it wasn’t for him I’d rate poorer than poor. That day was my deadline to move I was under a lot of pressure & felt like the world was against me & she made it worse I was already having a bad day but I kept calm.
