The truck did not sound right like possibly transmission slipping ran rough .
MARY TThe truck, the key of the location, were all in different locations of that parking lot. After going on a scavenger hunt that was not scheduled. We had many issues with the application on the phone closing. The lock box with the key was empty very badly organized. I would put the recommendation at the end of my list for this location, with even having bad issues with having to move on top of that, U-Haul gave me nothing but more issues with the application, the location and getting a hold of an actual person.. 👎
Amado CThe guy was very professional, and excellent at what they do. The speed of service, and he even walked to me to the truck to make sure that it was clean. Then swept it and handed over the key to me.

The cover on the container we transported participating in the share program kept coming off causes us to stop several times adding 2/3 hours to our trip.

MARIO NThe rental process was easy and time-efficient. The person at the counter was Patrick and he was very helpful. The truck was clean and ready to go. The only thing to improve would be on the vehicle suspension system (shock-absorbers).
VIRGINIA SThe 15’ truck rented had multiple issues. The air conditioner stopped working on the drive back, in order to put the truck in drive, the gear will not shift to drive properly, the gear shifts to #3 to the right of “d” for drive, it drops out of gear while driving, the passenger door doesn't fully close, the back latch doesn't close and lock properly without slamming the door shut.
Alana SThe truck size I reserved was not available when I arrive because the key had not been returned. So much for my reservation! I was instead given a smaller truck that they DID have a key for. The truck was dirty and and food crumbs all over the cab. It was a dirty smelly truck, but I have grown to expect this from UHaul.
Shane HMixed up keys so I could not open the truck gate so Tobit being locked. Had to drive back to the store as they mixed up the keys.

ADRIAN GThe battery went dead before turning it in. I had to use my personal vehicle to charge it. I’d recommend replacing the battery on the truck I used. Other than that, good experience.
Jonathan DI asked for the rent for 24 hours @ $29.99 and they charged me double. I request a refund of 29.99 please

Alwood FEverything was good except the guy that took the reservation put mileage 118 miles over my destination and UHAUL refused to give me me a refund due to POLICY which cost me over $100 more than what i paid. I find this to be a terrible POLICY, scamming your customers and bad customer service. So they will charge you more if you go over but not refund ypu if you go less. WTF!!!!

Francis BWe did not rent from this location. Never received a text or email letting us know that the location had been changed to this location. We had to drive 30 min farther in wrong direction. Then 30 minutes farther to return it. Will never use U-Haul again

Patricia SVery unorganized. Safety was not a priority. Having to wait on the feeder to get in and all the chaos was very stressful. Not only that and I got overcharged. Very disappointed and will not be using uhaul again. Just sad.

ismael bGood morning U-haul, I used the service for a couple minutes, I drove about 20 miles for entire trip, It’s not fair $57 charged to bill, plus 5$ of gas I put additional. The cost is less, I’m sure %100. 😡
Oliver FI paid over $200 for 41 miles? It was returned an hour early, but I'm charged an extra day? I brought it back with a half a tank of gas, when it was noted that I picked itt up with only 1/8th a tank, but you charged me a fuel fee? It was a one-way trip from Dayton to Cypress, drop off in Cypress...why was it an "Wrong dropoff" requiring another charge??

Christopher TExplain the process of bringing the equipment back when the office is closed. I was not told what to do so I got to figure it out on my own as far as where to leave the key. Make sure you have the items that are clearly on the reservation. I reserved an appliance dolly that was NOT there. I had to scramble to get a dolly when I thought it was handled.

Ciera OI made a reservation for a 15 foot truck with two dollies. When I arrived I was told I know how to get a 17 foot truck with no dollies.
Francisca TChecking in and checking out was a horrible process and experience. From contacting others via phone about their supposed “liability” for equipment if I didn’t return it (on your site it just said you were verifying my ID) to multiple pics needed and the app not loading them.

JOEL FWhen I picked up truck was supposed to have 5 dozen blankets. They had none and had to take one dozen out of other trucks they had. Charged for 5 dozen and a dolly which I didn’t need. Had to go to another location to get more blankets. They could only spare 2 dozen. This caused me to was almost an hour on my moving day and I ended up having to pay for an additional 16 miles on the truck. Have called several times and have not received my refund for the $50 plus tax (4 dozen blankets and dolly).
Robert BThey don’t care what I tried to showed when they over charged 10 miles. I sent 2 pictures of the mileage before and after for them to calculate it but they did not care.

JADAH FWhen I got to the rental location, I was told that the 15' truck I had reserved was not returned yet. I was offered a 10" truck, instead. I took it because I had already requested moving help for that day. When we walked outside, the 15' truck was there, but no keys. I took the 10' truck. My moving help could not fit all of my furniture into the 10' truck. They also had another job scheduled, so they could not do two trips to get all of my furniture. (It was all in one storage facility and only being taken a mile down the road.) Now I still need to hire more movers and secure a vehicle so that I can get the rest of my furniture. To add to all of that the keys were returned to the U-Haul facility an hour after I left. If they would have called to let me know, I could have traded trucks. I had tried to call after I figured out that the 10' was not big enough, but got voice mail the 6 times I called. This has turned into a real mess and is costing way more money than I had planned.

Jamazzio SI am tired of getting trucks from you that are a quart or more lower. What happens if the engine breaks down? I have advised the person in charge each time and it seams that they don't care.
william lThe Uhaul App is very poor. The app keep freezing on me when i try to navagate trying to return the truck. I was worry if my rental truck went thru or not all Sunday. Have to call back on Monday to confirm. Will never use this app to pick up or return my rental no more. I will pick up and return in person next time. Not so friendly app 👎👎👎👎
Tommy DThey provided me with the wrong code and caused me to be over 2 hours late… then I returned the truck with more gas than I started with and they charged me 51 for gas and a 20 dollar cleaning fee that was not stated after I cleaned the truck myself. Uhaul lies and I will never rent a truck again!
Cori SIt took 2hrs to be able to access the vehicle. It took customer care 45mins to attend to my call and sent another link to me. The ilock need to be replaced become it didn’t accept the code. I had to try it several times for over 20mins. And the ignition keep locking the steering and it will take like 10mins to be able to get the key to turn and start the vehicle each time. First time of using this location and I am not impressed. I have history with U-Haul but my experience with this location wasn’t expected.

NDUKAKU UFire the employee in charge of that location he is cheating the customers by stealing from their accounts. He is giving your company terrible, deplorable representation. He charged me triple the price quoted. He Purposely gave me the wrong truck in order to charge me more. He lied about everything and fudged the information in order to deplete my bank account. Shame on you for associating and hiring this criminal. We are in a pandemic, people have lost jobs and income. I am one of the people. My mother died during this pandemic I needed the truck to remove the last of my mothers things. It was a very hurtful and emotional time, the last thing in the world I needed was to be cheated and stolen from by Uhaul. I called him to dispute the charges I was barely able to hold back the tears and he hung up in my face. Unbelievably heartless, rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend this blatant criminal behavior.
