No one at facility. No signage for UHaul. Outdoor box was concerning bc someone can stick there hand in drop hole.
DAWN DI had ordered moving supplies and then requested a refund and have not got any kind of confirmation of getting a refund. This experience was so terrible that I will never use U-Haul again unless I absolutely have to because nothing else is available.
Joseph CI paid for moving blankets and did not receive them. I also wasn’t able to get a padlock since it is self service

BRENT CI truly,and honestly didn't have a good experience at the Uhaul Location in Hammond where I was picking up the truck! Way too many hoops to jump through to rent a truck!

joe pUhaul rentals is just something they do on the side. The trailer lights weren’t working so I fixed them myself and the fenders were cracked and bouncing around which I also managed to fix. Worst of all the tire was coming apart and we had to wait several hours in Arizona to have it replaced.

RYAN LFurniture dolly was reserved but not available upon arrival. It would be nice if we had known this ahead of time as we spent more time and money with our labor to load furniture
Samantha JThe Neil Coggins location was best for me being the closest drop off place from my final destination. It was closed for the weekend, so no personel were around to assure me the drop off was appropriately registered. I went online and figured out how to download and use the U-haul app. to drop off our rented trailer there. The site, however didn't have any clear, large signage that it was a U-haul business except for the address given me online and a couple U-haul trailers in the yard next to the building with the given address. At the very least, better signage would be reassuring!
NATHANIEL CDominic was extremely nice and helpful but the guy over him was not friendly at all towards me. He almost made it seem as if he did not want me there. Thank God for Domimic trying his best to explain stuff to me , he made the process easy and made me comfortable.

shana fThey were not prepared for our arrival. They had to find our rental supplies and put them in the truck. This location does not have any moving supplies to purchase. They were very friendly and answered our questions. Later we did discover the dash lights went on and off while driving in the dark. I assume there was a short in the wiring or a fuse problem, otherwise no problems experienced with the truck.
Kristen JLocation and service was great. Staff is very professional. However the truck I rented had an issue with the transmission which mad it shift very hard into gear, jerking very hard when it went into gear. I told the rental company about this issue.

David MI would not recommend UHAUL as a whole. I reserved the Uhaul to be picked up at 7am and was unable to get the truck till 9:30am. The process was ridiculous. I hated the experience. If there is a next time I will pay movers to do it for me. I'd rather pay extra then to go through the Uhaul experience again!!!! Thumbs down ALL the way. The only thing pleasant was the Hispanic man that stepped in for the owner who was not there.

Earl MNone of the items I rented were in the back of my truck that I paid for. I rented my truck well ahead of time and paid for these items that I desperately needed to help my move but weren't there. Also the app was not very user friendly took me a total of 45 minutes from the time I pulled up until the time I drove off with the truck. The app often didn't work or forced me to start all over. Then took a total of 15 minutes to verify me.

Deborah HExcellent benefit for mobile pickup. Equipment was maintained however the interior compartment needed some work. Although no trash or debris was present, the interior was dirty. Had to personally wipe the seats and dashboard to be comfortable with my 880 mile trip.
ATHAMS DThe process was easy and efficient. Dillion was very helpful throughout the entire rental process.
Tiffinie TI rented a tow dolly. Used it and returned it 4 hours later. Let the attendant know I returned it and today, uhaul charged my credit card for 2 more days! The attendant never checked it back in! Now it's going to take 2 to 3 business days to get my damn money back!
Walter COnly problem I had was the owner forgot to return my DL to me it was two days later when I discoved it. I think he could have called and let me know. I had to call him when I discovered the issue luckily my brother was able to retrieve it for me.

eric cThe staff was outstanding. The young man who waited on us was very willing to help us in any way. Truck was dirty in and out with lots of dings, dents and scratches. Transmission shifts really hard and down shifts so hard it feels like someone hitting you from behind. Brakes grab. Other than that I got the job done with the equipment.

Joyann mThe 3 dozen blankets I had ordered were not in the back of the truck, which made me have to go to another location to get them. I did not need that when trying to move. I had movers waiting on me.
Jen GThey forgot to leave us the dolly we ordered which made our move a lot harder. Then I was scared to take the truck scared I would be charged for the missing dolly. Had to be on hold 45 minutes sitting in this dusty parking lot before 1800uhaul ever picked up.
