Improve the APP so it actually works for checking in and out and not force you to call and be on hold for 20 minutes taking time off your rental.

RANDY BMy original reservation was with Advanced Packaging in Wichita, KS. When I arrived to pick it up, they were closed for the weekend!! I NEEDED that trailer to get my things from Wichita to Denver. Advanced Packaging had NOT given me any indication, throughout the reservation process, that they would be closed for the weekend! What a lousy way to do business. Advanced packaging had given me every indication that my trailer would be available for pickup when I requested it. Very poor way to run a business. Thankfully Neitzel Hardware was able to rent me a trailer.

Alan BI took the truck back over 1/2 of the tank about 10+ gallons of gas is more than the required 3/8 & I sure do hope he changed that before the he rented it out to another Customer. I do have my own credit for that since I was watching the gas gauge & it did not move from 174 miles to empty until I started the engine it was at 296 miles to empty. Thank you Neitzels for helping with a ride back to Andover & all of your Human Relations-Greatly Appreciated! Stay Healthy!!!

STEVEN BI can’t think of anything you could do to improve. Everything went very smoothly. I made a reservation for the van and picked it up an hour later, and then returned it two hours after that. A fair charge for the rental and the mileage rate.

Cory SNot just this location, but Uhaul overall - have the customer bring back the unit completely full of fuel. Partial tanks and trying to guess how much to add is a pain. Do like most car rental companies and have it returned full. All companies that don’t require a full tank do is charge for the fuel, but don’t take those charges and pocket the money but don’t fill the tank.
Brian KMobile check in process is terrible. I quit after 5 or 6 steps and went inside. Once I went inside everything went fine.
