The truck was as promised - the size reserved, clean and ready to go. The two people I dealt with were polite and easy to work with. Minor issue were the furniture blankets and furniture dolly reserved were not at the location with the truck but at a sister location 1 mile away. There was also confusion between a furniture dolly - a flat dolly with four casters - and what U-Haul calls a dolly that I call a hand truck. This should be made clear when reserving so the customer gets what they wanted. Overall I was very satisfied and would reserve again. I would have given a 4 1/2 star rating if available.

This location was slammed with snow and they were in the process of cleanup when I got there. Two young men unhooked the trailer and hand jacked it to a clean location so I didn't have to show my backing up with a trailer skills.

JOHN PThe inside of the windshield was dirty - made venting driving not great. The people were nice but the guy told me if I drove it and delivered it a day early to my destination they would credit me the day back since they charged me for 3 days. I did that and then Was told they gave me wrong information. Super disappointed. Would not have driven straight through…;(
