The process took a little long to verify. It was late and night time so it felt a little longer than it needed to be but I got the car and completed my tasks. Considering it was a last minute late self check out I expected there to be a delay. It was after hours and I didn’t go into store just mobile pick up from parking lot.

It took me 40mins through your mobile app to allow me to check out the vehicle. I’ve never seen a more inefficient process, and will most definitely not use this location in the future and will instead opt for a place that has a live person where I can be in and out in 10 minutes. The amount of time wasted yesterday morning picking up and afternoon dropping off is unacceptable. Very unhappy with the experience.

They have to explain to the client how the truck works, where is the emergency brake and how on/off it, etc. They only gave me the key and nothing else.
