Tamara CottomNothing, I just wish I could remember not to leave my locks behind. But, I did return and remove it for them. Easy transaction, and I was late returning the truck. Got lost a couple of times trying to find them. But, it's just getting use to how all the roadways work here in OK.
Ted MusgroveMany issues with my Uhaul experience. First of all the truck was not thoroughly cleaned (which isn't my main concern). Then somehow when I was there my order was wiped clean and he manually added things back in and said that he couldn't get the dolly back so he was going to let me have one free, which is we both forgot about before I left. Then my roadside assistance was not out back on thete and I realized this after locking the Uhaul key in the truck and being told I would need to pay $175 to get it out. Then I was told that I could leave my drop off as "open" in case I couldn't get my truck to the drop off place and that wound up not being a thing and had a drop off location in a olace I couldn't get to and had to change that a couple times.

Martin Della DavisNot book people to pick up their Uhaul at a place on the weekend, that is closed on the weekends. And update your Uhaul help. I paid to have movers come move my stuff, come to find out, they're closed on weekends too. So I had to cancel and move myself.

Brian CollinsThey would not honor my U-Haul for the price of birth fields in Colorado give me it cost me $126 more. Even the office in Oklahoma City Would not honor iT I personally feel that I should be reimbursed the difference. The folks at run the Berfields stage stop they quoted me a price of $252 for the return of Oklahoma to Gunnison Colorado. Once I got to Oklahoma to pick up the return U-Haul they charge me $388. I don’t believe this is justified and I would appreciate a call from you. My number is 802-535-4656

Bart McDonaldPlease note:: these comments are not specific to location BUT TO LACK OF COMPANY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE. The arm that closes and allows for proper securement of my contents was broken...secondly the dolly we rented was also in poor shape-the two wheels the guide you down steps were broken and one did not have rubber tread......thirdly we were charge for furniture dolly despite being told the could not get one......fourthly no one bothered to let us know in advance so we could plan accordingly.......and lastly look my name up I have used UHaul for somewhere between 10-20 moves in my life time and in several states and this is the first time I was notified ONE day before my pick up they did not have a truck for me.....we drove almost 2hours to get truck.
CATHERINE EWINGThey never notified me there was no dolly/appliance. I had to scramble on a Saturday morning after finding out to locate another business, luckily I found one, but had to keep the dolly the whole weekend due to other companies business hours. The owner entering our info failed on every entry and had to put all of our info in twice, including drivers licenses and ID's. It took twice as long to leave the location and start actually moving.
