Worst drop off experience of my 15 or so U-Haul rentals. Got a call telling me my drop off location was changed from Layton to S. Ogden. No instructions just an address. Got to an empty lot where other trucks were parked. No person to help or instructions as to leave the key. Called support three times before getting some help and location of a drop box. Took over 30 minutes to get a response

Kept moving locations which added miles and cost me more asked for appliance dolly and got a regular dolly but the truck worked good and got the job done
Nick SLate opening the store (about 25 min). Owner was performing other business he apparently owns. No harm no foul. All went well after they opened the doors.
