The location is off 4th street which carries a lot of traffic during specific times of the day. Can take some time to get out of their parking area.
delmar jThe truck was not clean and it had less gas in it than when I turned it and I got charged for it after I had to drive it from Pueblo to Fairplay which is 2 hours away because they didn't have it in Fairplay like they were supposed to and then when I got back there was no proof of the gas which we took pictures of and I got charged towards still
CELINA OThere was nobody there and I had authorization to keep the trailer until 9 am the next day which was the 22 and I returned the trailer the night of the 21st the same day I rented it and someone charged my acct for 62.00 and I opened a dispute on this.
RICHARD ENew 2 Me Sales are closed on Monday &, Tuesday so I tried to utilize the check-in application and was not able to upload the photos of the trailer. I then called the Uhaul 800 number to let them know the trailer was in their yard.
delmar jPersonnel never even came outside help disconnect trailer. Could have cared less. Contents in the trailer were wet due to a leak somewhere. Your Personnel could have cared less........
Mark LPassenger door had duct tape the brakes were in horrible shape. Wasn't very happy with the uhaul. The place I picked up the uhaul was great but the equipment wasn't up to par.

SABIO CUhaul website down. Took a long time to get the trailer. Problem seems to be at the corporate level. Clerk was courteous and tried her best.
Robert NI wiped the truck down with cleaner, turned it in with more gas than it had when I picked it up, turned it in a day early and still got charged a $33 fee!!!! Total riot act. I will be disputing this charge of cleaning with my bank!’
Melvin BThe truck smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. The windows hadn’t been washed before my rental, so it was difficult to see until the bug splatter was washed. The lady that helped me had to call and give my payment info over the phone because the app wouldn’t update my price to reflect the discount.

Daniel MIt was late at night when we returned it a day early, due to not going to be able to by the next morning at the specified time that I told them I would, and we knew another family was waiting on it. But as for any personnel we did not have the privilege of meeting any of them. But my husband did say it was difficult for him to park it, because neuther of us are experts at all at backing up trailers. But i had told him it should have been easy, cuz he could have pulled straight out through the alley. But he had said he couldn't due to a fence up. So honestly I think that was the only inconvenience we experienced... cuz it was night time, and again i didn't realize there was a fence up, cuz my Nino had owned that property for decades!!!!!

Fast, professional and great communication. By far our BEST experience with Uhaul! We will definitely be using this store/location again and have told everyone we know how great this place is! James BOur rental truck had puke all over the back of it. The man did offer to spray it with water and did. It wasn’t until after we got home ready to pack things up we saw there was even more puke inside and all over the handle. Not the best experience for my first time renting a u-haul.

RICH MThere was no gas in the rental. None, we had to immediately find a gas station and we filled it all the way up and didn’t use all of it so we just lost that money. Absolutely ridiculous!

Judy AFirst trailer had a flat, second trailer had a nail in the tire, sent to wrong location to get it fixed, had to have road side Service come twice, and the plates were expired. Wasn’t able to use the trailer for 3 of the days we had rented it for.
Megan FHave trailer pick up available at a closer location to the renter. It is ridiculous that some one has to travel miles to pick up a trailer when there is a u-haul center just down the street. U-haul should transfer them to where they are needed and not make the customer chase one down. I am very unhappy with this!!

Russell GI have rented from U-Haul before and this was the worst experience I ever had. I reserved the trailer from the actual dealer. I was sent to a third party location to get the trailer. First, it was in a ghetto neighborhood. Second, they did not know how to hook the trailer up. Third, I received no paperwork like usual (who's to say if I got pulled over I stole it). Fourth, I was given no information if I was to break down who to call. Fifth, the wiring for the lights was in poor condition and they worked intermittently. When I dropped the trailer off and told the actual U-Haul employee, I was told that happens a lot with third parties. Why would you use them? Totally will not use U-Haul again because of this experience.
